A sex change operation is cosmetic (and a straight up abomination in my book) not a life-saving necessity. The person is not going to die if they don't change their gender! The reason why was because they found the patients receiving the procedure were no better off mentally or emotionally after the procedure (indeed many were much worse), than before. This is one of the legs of the National Socialistic changes that will soon be completed for our society. Remember, this Adminstration was all about ripping out the foundations of this Nation and rebuilding on the rubble that remained. Know how to kill a frog in a pot of water don't ya? You turn the heat up in small increments until he is literally cooked. If you heat up the water swiftly he will simply jump out. We are in the midst of the change and very few even realize it because it is all incremental.
