Psalm 52 1 Why do you boast of evil, you mighty man? Why do you boast all day long, you who are a disgrace in the eyes of God? 2 Your tongue plots destruction; it is like a sharpened razor, you who practice deceit. 3 You love evil rather than good, falsehood rather than speaking the truth. Selah 4 You love every harmful word, O you deceitful tongue! 5 Surely God will bring you down to everlasting ruin: He will snatch you up and tear you from your tent; he will uproot you from the land of the living. Selah 6 The righteous will see and fear; they will laugh at him, saying, 7 "Here now is the man who did not make God his stronghold but trusted in his great wealth and grew strong by destroying others!" 8 But I am like an olive tree flourishing in the house of God; I trust in God's unfailing love for ever and ever. 9 I will praise you forever for what you have done; in your name I will hope, for your name is good. I will praise you in the presence of your saints.

Guest Thomas I believe
Brothers and Sisters we all have our opinions and that is ok but should'nt we be acting in a matter that is Christ Like ? Osama Bin Laden, Saddam Hussein, Arafat, should'nt they be given the chance for salvation too ? Are'nt we supposed to show love even to those we oppose ? "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. John 13:34 I Understand these terrorists have harmed many, but any one can be saved if they have a repentive heart. I don't believe that sin can take us beyond the point of salvation or can it ? Jeffrey Dommer who cut people up found Christ and he suffered a horrible death in that prison. But even through all of that he did, he was saved! Why should'nt all people be given that chance ! Gods promise is that ! If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 That verse says exactly that. I think we should all be guarded against the terrorists and others who are henous monsters but they deserve the same chance that we all got. One more question. Can someone sin beyond a point where he/she can still receive salvation ? God punishes the evil but a true repentance would put us at the foot of the cross.... Our God is a loving God ! Why would he turn away a sinner making things right ?

Why would he turn away a sinner making things right ? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The only sin that is unpardonable is the sin against the Holy Spirit, commonly referred to as the unforgivable sin. Frankly I believe once someone has committed this sin by grieving the Holy Spirit for so long that they are not aware they have gone too far. That is why they cannot be forgiven of it because they do not care any longer and have gone beyond God's grace. Just my opinion, God will never turn away a repentant sinner for He is all merciful. Rev. 11 16And the twenty-four elders, who were seated on their thrones before God, fell on their faces and worshiped God, 17saying: "We give thanks to you, Lord God Almighty, the One who is and who was, because you have taken your great power and have begun to reign. 18The nations were angry; and your wrath has come. The time has come for judging the dead, and for rewarding your servants the prophets and your saints and those who reverence your name, both small and great-- and for destroying those who destroy the earth." Psalm 5:10 Declare them guilty, O God! Let their intrigues be their downfall. Banish them for their many sins, for they have rebelled against you. Just offering some alternative perspectives. The terrorist will threaten no more. For that, I rejoice. Is it sad he died without Christ? Yes. Do I mourn his passing? No.
