yes brings back memories on some of those toys. Some toys i had, like the game boards but only wished for the others, my family was poor with all of us 6 kids but received alot of hand me down clothes from cousins which wasnt a bad thing. I cherish alot of memories back then.

Yes, that was a nice little trip down memory lane. Several of my prized possessions growing up were a Duncan yo-yo, a Duncan top, and a little bag of marbles with a couple of good shooters. Things were simple then. Anyone remember how much fun a pile of topsoil was? Mom and dad usually left it awhile for the kids to have their fun.

I loved yo-yos.I never did learn how to do fancy tricks with it though....

Yup, how about tiddlywinks with just old fashion buttons and a cup?

Yea, I have played tiddlywinks but I am not familiar with buttons and a cup.

Not gonna lie, the old mickey mouse creeped me out a little.

Me too. New one does also though.

When I get older, say, in a few decades, suppose I have some grandkids, I can be all "I remember back in the day when all we had was a good old fashioned Nintendo! What happened to those simple days when a kid knew how to have *real* fun".

I remember Tonka trucks and Lincoln Logs, Shogun Warriors, and all kinds of toys that worked off of imagination, something this generation doesn't use very much.
