lol~!

Hallelujah~!

But Marine Corps Force Reconnaissance Could Be ANYWHERE~!, Including Submarines :)

Some went down to the sea in ships, doing business on the great waters; they saw the deeds of the Lordhis wondrous works in the deep. For he commanded and raised the stormy wind, which lifted up the waves of the sea.

They mounted up to heaven; they went down to the depths; their courage melted away in their evil plight; they reeled and staggered like drunken men and were at their wits’ end.

Then they were glad that the watersc were quiet, and he brought them to their desired haven.

Let them thank the Lord for his steadfast love, for his wondrous works to the children of man! Let them extol him in the congregation of the people, and praise him in the assembly of the elders. Psalms 107:23-32 (ESV)

Hallelujah~!

QSL

More or less it was like this , only dirtier ,

spent hours and hours and even days sat in there when operational.

Not enough room to swing a cat around but it was comfortable.

Fresnojoe:

:

I almost think I recognize some of that equipment.  Is that the old SP700 or and I want to say the RC390?  We use to intercept the Russian Navy from ship to shore in Morse Code on the SP700.  The Russians had some of the best & fastest radio operators... I could take code at 77wpm at that time.  I checked myself the other day and I can only do 20wpm.  I guess the saying "if you don't use it, you lose it" is true.  When computers came into being, Morse code was done away with.  When I was in Africa, we intercepted the "first" Russian computer transmission.... this was in 1959.
