Like I said, there are often news articles promoting eating bugs. Its an agenda being slowly pushed on us.

How is this any different than stories/ads/campaigns to get people to eat beef or drink milk or eat apples or what have you?

Didn't John the Baptist eat bugs? Maybe he was on to something!

Gross, leave the bugs to the birds and creatures, why would we want to rob them of their food supply?

Don't see anything wrong in promoting an additional source of food, especially when it has a lot of nutritional value compare to the processed foods in the market.  Besides, you can find foods that are much more gross in their ingredients by looking at how some processed foods are made. This is just marketing, promoting another start-up idea, not an agenda.

My Vietnam Vet HS biology teacher used to eat LIVE meal worms like pop corn when watching movies. I find that unsettling, but if one can handle the 'gross' factor, I don't see any reason to stop a person from doing so.

stopping a person isn't my agenda......   it's them pushing their ideas on me....

One thing I might add though is that it might be better than insecticides......     but they are going to have to process it into my bologna or something for me to eat it...   and preferably not tell me it's in there...

I see a lot wrong with this.  This not about an additional food source.   We are not starving in this country.  We eat too much as it is.  The last thing this country needs is something else to eat.   This is about another facet of changing America, and more to the point, of changing America into a third world nation.

I think you guys are getting a bit work up about this. Nobody is forcing anyone to consume this product.

Do you know what a kickstarter project is (I funded several)? It is a project waiting for funding....it is not even on the market yet.

There are new processed foods introduced all the time, why single out this one?
