If you walk into work one day and they suddenly start imposing Islamic rules on you, are you obligated to follow them? It's different if you were hired with the knowledge that you would be required. Home Depot, several weeks ago, was going to have "Muslim sensitivity" training for their employees. There was a joke floating around that they would have an employee standing at the door and handing female customers a hijab (scarf) to wear as they shop.
