I don't want to give you false hope, but like was said earlier, only your stepmom and God knows absolutley where she is now. Don't dwell on it, though, too much. We are all free moral agents responsible for our own actions or inaction about salvation. But, Praise God, he uses things like this to wake others up, such as your husband. I appreciate those of you who took the time and effort to console me. I really need it right now. It's very difficult to see the death of a lost loved one. No, I do not hold out hope for my mother. I knew where she stood and she remained steadfast in her position. She wouldn't even talk about the Lord in any way but I knew I loved her and will miss her terribly.
