Acts 3:6

Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.

What did Peter have that he gave the lame man? Maybe I am missing the forest for the trees. It does not say, He taught him about Jesus or told him about salvation. In fact the verse mentions nothing about Salvation. He just says " In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk" . Now what in that statement declares what he gave him?

Peter had the power of Christ to heal. He gave him healing.

Here's what Peter had (as did the other apostles):

And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. (Mark 16:17,18).

Faith? Are you saying he had faith? Is it really that simple?

Of course it is simple.

2 Corinthians 5:7 For we walk by faith, not by sight.

Look at what happened to Peter when he was walking on the water to go to Christ. He took his eyes off of Christ and his faith was weakened. What happened?
