London telling them they cannot is no better than the EU meddling in their affairs. It is not for you, I or London to decide the fate of any other country. Well the fact of the matter is that the United Kingdom is exactly that. Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales are a part of a legal existing entity (no matter what their ancient history might be).
