In fact, had this plan come from virtually anyone else, well, I would be hard pressed what side to be on-on one side, we have your valid points, on the other misuse of tax dollars, and larger government control being valid reasons against it. But, source is everything. Hillary has shown herself to have no moral character whatsoever, and will say anything, and literally do anything, to get to the top. So any plan she puts forward is automatically suspect in my book, because in the back of my mind I'm wondering-and indeed anyone-should be wondering, what is Hillary's end game her. What is her goal with this, and what does she actually want to accomplish with this, because I highly doubt it's for the morally upright reasons she suggests. I think, best case scenario, its just a insincere ploy to win over voters, as far as worse case scenarios, well, the sky is the limit there. Not for altruistic reasons but to "help combat growing self-segregation in America, where people surround themselves with people who think, talk, look and read the same news as them." https://www.yahoo.com/news/clinton-announces-national-service-reserve-for-millennials-153311173.html She is trying to fix a problem that doesn't exist. White people in America are not self-segregating themselves from everyone else. America is extremely welcoming, almost to a fault, of different cultures and ways of thinking. Some times, we are too accepting. But to say that we are self-segregating is false and misrepresents American society. If anything, multi-culturalism and socialistic, globalistic mindsets are what's growing in this country. And even if this does get implemented (which it probably won't), it will not be what people think it is. The devil's in the details.

There are plenty of opportunities for any who wants to get out there. And with the internet as a resource, it isn't too difficult to find something. One of the problems with politicians is that they envision what they think will work for the country and then shove it down our throats. A much better proposition would explore what Millennial would actually jump on - from what they say and from what volunteer organizations say is lacking - and explore what issues organizations like AmeriCorps say they need for improvement and better recruitment. That would make for a better sell and make for a better reform.

Nothing is for altruistic purposes where these globalist elites are concerned. There is a larger evil plan for enlisting the millennial generation and the one after them. The Common Core education & social media has prepared their pliable little idealized minds for manipulation by a Totalitarian Government. “Give me just one generation of youth, and I'll transform the whole world.” ― Vladimir Ilyich Lenin Give me the mind of a child of 4 and he'll be mine for life -- A.Hitler That is major speculation on your part.
