I am not even sure there is any sort of "purge" going on, and I will say I am not upset by the changing of the Chaplin's crest. There are more than two religions in the Military today and to ignore all the rest does a disservice to the very reason they serve their country. Well, maybe I used the wrong term there, but as things have been going on these last few years It would seem logical that something like that would be going on in the secular world. They are not apart of use. We live among them, but we are not apart of them. As far as crests go, they are to portray things to the world and not to God. And the terrorists that by the way attacked on September 11th were by and large from Saudi Arabia.
