Borderline, Histrionic, Narcissism and Sociopath are all grouped under the same Cluster B umbrella.

I believe you are right.

It seems people are almost desperate for it to be ISiS, the idea that it is just some joe seems to be too much for many people to handle.

I think he just snapped. Sure too bad he had a gun. It would be hard for one person to take out so many people with a knife so quickly wouldn't it? A bomb could take out many.

I have no dog in the race but it seems there had been too much intricate planning and firepower to be ant Joe Shmoe.

I know at least 4 or 5 guys within a 50 mile radius of my house that has that much firepower sitting in their gun safes.   It is simple to make an AR-15 fully auto, seems there used to be a video on the web showing you how, but I really don't want to search for it now!  lol

Oh no.  This was well planned out.  He rented the room ahead of time and brought 10 (maybe more) guns up to it.  He even made some sort of "deer stand" that he stuck on the window so he could lean out and get a better shot.

There was nothing random or spur of the moment about this

He might have planned it but in order to do that he snapped. No one with a right mind like you or me would do that.

No , he wasn't just any joe shmoe, I doubt the speculation that he was mentally ill. This was well planned and strategic , wondering if he had help.  He was a multi-millionaire real estate investor also. http://nypost.com/2017/10/02/las-vegas-shooter-was-a-multi-millionaire-real-estate-investor-brother/

A lot needs to come out yet. A multi-millionaire can be deranged as well. It doesn't matter how much money he has or what job he has.

I am staying out of big groups. Paranoid? Maybe but I do not take risks. We live in a dangerous world.

it is indeed, I built my AR, and yes, I know how to make it fully Auto, it would take me about 15 minutes with a file or 5 minutes with a grinder to do so. I don't simply because its illegal, and not safe. (with the easy method, its not safe)

But, what is important is that the gun isnt the problem here, its the heart of man.

You tell us frequently that God is in control. So why are you worried?

Hmm color me skeptic.  How did they come to this medical diagnosis so quickly on a dead man? sorry to rush to conclusions but I take it they are inferring the same diagnosis on him?

You are saying that the father was diagnosed with psychopathic personality disorder but the son was not? Some personality disorders can be hereditary but I think that is only borderline personality disorder. We don't know the whole picture on the son.

His father, Benjamin Hoskins Paddock, was a diagnosed psychopath, according to the FBI, and he was convicted of "bank robbery, automobile larceny, and confidence game."
