If a person becomes saved by God they become a child of God. Would not God keep his child from being lost forever ?  GOD can bring that child home through his power.

They could not or would not unless the Father was drawing them or making them born again, the only reason they said yes is because they were made new creatures.

Yes, God can bring who He Chooses Home through HIS power, yes, if He is Willing including any 'conditions' HE SETS.

Several mixed questions there.

First,  WHO SAYS that the natural man cannot comprehend spiritual things ?  If I told you that, it must be in Scripture, so Yahweh must have said it in HIS WORD. (it did not originate from me) (in fact,  it's a quote from Scripture,  in english meaning as close to the original meaning as possible here, for now. )

Second, what is free will for ?

Probably for many reasons.   One most often repeated one is that God doesn't want robots.

Second may be so men can make a choice when God Presents them with a choice and tells them to CHOOSE.

Yes, it is in scripture, the natural man considers the gospel to be foolishness.

1Co 2:14  But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

When God tells them to choose is He drawing or enabling them to choose.

Salvation is based on several things. Or maybe 1 thing, you have to obey Jesus. The devils believe in Him too and they shudder. Maybe the problem is most people who think they're saved aren't.

You have to obey Jesus to be saved and devils are filled with the Holy Spirit ...lol ... which church do you go to do I can avoid it?

That's not much of a refute. That means nothing. He who began a good work in you will finish it. So if God begins a good work and the person falls away then God did not finish it. God will always finish his work in us.
