One shooter, eleven thirty AM today, entered the church and began shooting. Men, women, children. For several hours the ambulance and police sirens ran down my road a few miles from the shooting, and some families are having trouble locating their family members, not knowing if they have been shot, or what hospital they were taken. The pastor of the Baptist church, and his wife were away for the service, only to find out their daughter, 12yr old, was shot and killed. Twenty six confirmed dead at this time. Close friends of our family still do not know if their relatives have been hurt or killed. Neighbors to the church heard the shots, and shot the shooter, then chased him down to LaVernia where he was killed. The killer was from another town and not the church. My brother, my dad, and most all my relatives for four generations are buried in Sutherland Springs cemetery. How many more will be added.
