Guest Zayit
I love it too, especially the blessing for the sewing machine. But, it is a movie about anti-semitism and how the world wishes to make us leave or help us to do so. Has anyone ever thought what this world would truley be without G-ds people? BUT HEY!!! A fiddler on the roof. Sounds crazy, no? But here, in our little village of Worthy Boards, you might say every one of us is a fiddler on the roof trying to scratch out a pleasant, simple tune without breaking his neck. It isn't easy. You may ask 'Why do we stay up there if it's so dangerous?' Well, we stay because WORTHY BOARDS is our home. And how do we keep our balance? That I can tell you in one word: TRADITION! TOPOL! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It is part of my Hannukah tradition. Every year, I invite some friends from church to celebrate with me, and everyone brings food. We spend the afternoon before the party watching Fiddler On The Roof, complete with popcorn and soda, and then we spend the evening celebrating the holiday, and enjoy our potluck dinner. It really is a lot of fun!!
