Yes, very good. taekwando? I hope you never need to use it. That form uses more high kicks. Isshinryu focuses on power applied to key areas with moves concentrated using smaller moves. I know it can be good for protection. But I am inclined to be non-confrontational and the idea of practicing to hurt someone else just doesn't appeal to me. Not that I am saying nobody should.
