The bible teaches us that Jesus is fully man and fully God at the same time. In his humanity, he was able to die on the cross. He had to be a human to do this, for only a human could die. He is God in the flesh. As God, he could pay the penalty that we could never pay ourselves. As God, he could be resurrected from the dead having victory over sin and death. The bible teaches us that Jesus is the one who came down from heaven, was born of a woman, born as a Jew, born under the law, died on the cross and rose to life again. And when he appeared to the Apostles afterwards, it was in bodily form. Then he went back up to heaven. Scripture tells us the way to become right with God and receive salvation is to believe this and put our faith, hope and trust in Jesus. Now lets go to your question. Satan is able to quote scripture, so it stands to reason that his minions can too. But Satan is an enemy of God, he is our enemy too. When he quotes scripture, it is to suit his evil purposes. Satan does not want us to know the truth. He and his minions are not going to confess Christ as Lord. Because in doing so is to admit that Jesus is Lord over all. Their kingdom would fall. John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. Paul, commended the Bereans for their diligence in checking what he said against what scripture said. They didn't just take his word for it. We are to take everything we see, hear, or read no matter who it is from to the word of God. God will never contradict himself. The bible is the standard that everything else should be measured by. We should never assume every spiritual experience or every demonstration of spiritual power is from God. We must test spiritual experiences and spiritual phenomenon to see if they are in fact from God. When it comes to spiritual matters, God's word supersedes everything else. And is the measuring stick which we are to use.

Is there anything they can't say? Does anyone have any information? "Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world." (1 John 4:1-3) Could you define "demon" as you mean it in your opening post?
