Contradiction? It can't be! Surely not! Can anyone explain? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Revelation 13:5,6 says the church is in Heaven during the 42 months of tribulation, and Revelation 19 says the ones in white linen return to earth with Christ . In fact, if you read vs 7, which pre-tribbers so conveniently leave out of this argument, you will see that the Bible specificly says the saints are still on the earth!!! These saints are those who were left after the rapture, because reading on to verse 15, and 16, it says as many as do not worship the beast and take his mark, will be killed. Also described in ch 20:4 No the ones in fine linen were not angels, they are the bride of Christ described in chapter 19, as to who came to earth with Christ. Not Angels, because 19:14 calls them armies of heaven , in white linen. Verse 7,8 describes the bride in white linen, ready for the wedding of the Lamb. Guest Jake99
You will buy and sell no more means it will be done through a system not between people. Buying and selling in its current form is extremely inefficient, wasteful and stressful. Transfer that function to the internet and it becomes efficient and impersonal as it should be. Standard pricing, standard wages, no borders, no wars, it all falls into place. Transfer the sales force to recycling, environmental management and all the things you cannot afford to do in this system. The traffic jams, pollution and stress goes away pretty quickly. He comes as a thief in the night because only he knew who he was while he performed miracles here on earth in advance of stepping forward. The question is who will listen to a man that many called a liar or a lunatic for claiming to have done such things. The proof is in the residue that he left behind while you were sleeping. And nobody gets hurt in the transitional process by whatever name you call it. The only enemy JesusII has is the wasteful and inefficient systems that are currently in use. These saints are those who were left after the rapture, because reading on to verse 15, and 16, it says as many as do not worship the beast and take his mark, will be killed. Also described in ch 20:4 So then, according to your doctrine, we would have the "Two churches" and "Two resurrections" problem; Jesus secretly takes the "first church" home. Then somehow people supposedly get saved with no witnesses for the next three and a half years. Then they are all killed. Then God sends the two prophets to witness up until just before the sedond coming. Then the "second church" formed during the tribulation is taken home after the Lord's return. However, according to the Bible, the "FIRST RESURRECTION" doesn't occur until the same day the beast is thrown into the bottomless pit in Revelation 20. So there isn't any scriptural room for a pre-trib rapture, or a second church age... No the ones in fine linen were not angels, they are the bride of Christ described in chapter 19, as to who came to earth with Christ. Not Angels, because 19:14 calls them armies of heaven , in white linen. Verse 7,8 describes the bride in white linen, ready for the wedding of the Lamb. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> So are you calling Jesus a liar then? Because Jesus specificly said they, the armies that return with him, were angels in the scriptures I quoted from Matthew's gospel!!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Revelation 17:14 says the forces of the world will wage war against the Lamb, and those with Him are called the chosen and faithful. Angels ? I think not.
Guest Jake99
The forces of the world have waged war against the lamb before after and at Y2K and they could not destroy him. He placed himself in a position of offense before he was put on defense. When the chariot of fire brought a man with a bow to court to defend himself, the judges were no match for his words of dissent. He was convicted by the people but released by the judge because he had broken no law. JesusII stood alone and yet he was not alone when he tipped the scales of justice in his favor against the judicial system.
