I guess that it depends on who you are talking to and their version of the time line events. Some have Jesus returning multiple times, 3, 4, 5, or more, so someone might ask you, "Which coming are you talking about? Pre-trib? 5th seal martyrs? 2 witness? Mid trib? Rev 14? Post trib? Rev 19?". Which one is the second appearing of Heb 9:28? ------- I believe that, After this present Jerusalem falls, Jesus comes for the kingdom of Israel, Jew and gentile, natural and grafted in wild branches, then this planet will be consumed by the fire from heaven within the hour and the elements will melt, 2 Pet 3:10-13. Your second post reveals that you don't believe the Rapture to heaven comes before Christ's descent to rule on earth. I heartily disagree with your presumption. It was not my intention to start another in a myriad of the like. I failed in fully articulating my request. This wasn't meant to be a showcase for the various eschatological POV--but a narrow focus on what scripture teaches occurs when Christ returns. I see that is not possible.
