The beasts system will be a worldwide monetary system where everyone will need something either in their hand or on their forehead in order to buy and sell. I think the hand item will be a cellphone where your ID is registered. Also, as automation is taking away more jobs every day, many nations have commenced exploring providing certain numbers of their citizens with a universal basic income. The people participating in these UBI programs are registered with their governments, which have different requirements, depending on the nations program.
