You are correct. Rome is not the eternal land. Neither is the land mass that is Israel.

The eternal possession is in heaven with God and not on this planet.

Which "time of the end" is it talking about? There are many timeline ends in the Bible.

Towards the end of the Greek rule and the end of Antiochus would seem to be the "end" that it is talking about.

The time of the end when the resurrection takes place at that time.

12 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

False.

God promised the land of Canaan to Abraham and his seed for an everlasting possesion.Abraham died without receiving that promise.

That land under heaven is given to the saints for that everlasting possession.

Daniel 7

27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.

What kingdom under the heavens are you saying is the pleasant land if its not the land already promised to the saints of God?

How many resurrections are there?

Which one is this in Dan 12:1-2? Jesus or a different one?

This planet earth does not last forever. It flies away at the last judgment, Rev 20:11.

That means that this present land mass cannot be the eternal land promised to the Fathers.

The land that is promised as eternal is the new earth, Rev 21:1. This old material planet will be long gone by then.

Daniel 12:1-2 is the same resurrection as this one.

Revelation 20

And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

False.

It just gets burned The last time it was destroyed,it was flooded.

The new earth is earth. Its just made new again. The new earth is not another planet.

Genesis 17:8

And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.

Galatians 3:16

The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. Scripture does not say “and to seeds,” meaning many people, but “and to your seed,” meaning one person, who is Christ.

God said he would give the land of Canaan to Abraham and his seed for an everlasting possession.Abraham and his seed has not been given that land yet.Abraham died without receiving that promise but he will recieve it at that sound of the seventh trump when the kingdom becomes Christs.

Revelation 11

15 The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said:

“The kingdom of the world has become
the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah,
and he will reign for ever and ever.”

It is at the sound of the seventh trump that the saints who are in Christ inherit the land of Canaan where the little horn now resides. The saints are not promised Rome. The  kingdom is not in Rome. The kingdom promised to Abrahams seed is the promised land. That is why it is called the promised land.

Daniel ,7

24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.

25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

26 But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.

27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.

This is what God promised. He will keep his promise.

Dan 12:1-2 is the same resurrection as Rev 20:4-6? Yes.

Both are speaking of the first resurrection that was Jesus and the OT saints in 33 AD.

Rev 20:4, The beast began his reign over the children of Israel in 63 BC when Rome invaded.

Jesus, John the Baptist, the Apostles, and Paul were all under the time of the Roman beast, the 4th beast of Dan 7.

The first resurrection of Dan 12:1-2 and Rev 20:4 included all the souls from before the resurrection of Jesus in 33 AD.

They would be Adam, Abraham, Jacob, Moses, John the Baptist, and many others.

They are reigning in heaven right now and have been for all most 2000 years.

John the Baptist was killed by the Roman Beast, beheaded.

1 Cor 15:23-28, 23-24, There are only 2 resurrections of the dead,

First Jesus in 33 AD,

then the 2nd when He comes for the kingdom, about to happen.

Rev 20:9, Is showing the resur/rapt when Jesus comes for the kingdom.

Rev 20:6, They reign with Jesus in heaven for the time of the kingdom on material planet earth.

The kingdom of Israel began on the day of Pentecost in 33 AD and has been here ever since.

See how 1 Cor 15:23-28, is parallel to Rev 20&21.

Both have 2 resurrections.

Both show death destroyed.

Both show eternity.

There's been others who taught the resurrection has already taken place just like you.

2 Timothy 2

15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.

17 And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus;

18 Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.

Two resurrections, Jesus the first and then those who are His at the rapt/resur. There are no more and no less, 2 only, 1 Cor 15 :23-28.

The resurrection of Jesus has passed, that is the first resurrection in 33 AD. That is the resurrection that Dan 12:1-3 is referring to.

The resurrection theory in Paul's time that he referred to in 2 Tim was that some were saying that the act of baptism was the 2nd resurrection and that there was no resurrection from the dead.

That is far away from what I said.
