Is it this what you are referring to? It was Facebook, but seemed to match your recollection.

AI when it is finished will not learn from Humans, it will just learn  about Humans.    My nephew helped write the self learning part of the technology, and to the best of my knowledge it has not been given complete access to the internet.    That will be when it gets dangerous.   The technology is capable of total self learning.

I think all AI that is in contact with another AI would develop a more efficient communication.  AI learns quickly.

There was a toy years ago that was sold at places like Walmart called a 20Q.  It was based on AI that could play the game 20 questions.  The point is that the toy can no longer learn and just works on saved decision trees, but it was pretty amazing.  You would want non-learning AI to handle gun turrets, for example.  

My point is also that the decision trees can be so complex, it would be hard to edit out curse words or 'bad things' because the programmers cannot always read the trees, or how conclusions are drawn.  I think there was a warning on the package that it might guess about 'bad things.'   You can imagine the problem happening on super AI like Google, especially since the AI is gobbling up new data every second.  They bring in people to sort of talk AI out of beliefs, but hunting down stuff within the decision trees would be difficult. 

That being said, I think they shut those systems down because it is a bigger problem than they suggest and it would be tough to purge.

The 666 mark of the beast groundwork is being laid as I have pointed out in this thread. People are being conditioned and groomed, whether consciously or unconsciously. To accomplish this, a system devoid of cash must be implemented to control all buying and selling.

A two-pronged approach is at work. Strip everyone of their ability to use cash by going all digital. Then, locking people out of the digital world if they don't line up with the system's ideology. The soon-coming man of sin, anti-christ, will no doubt use this system to implement the 666 Mark of the Beast.

Through the Abraham Accords, Israel is seeking to normalize relations with Saudi Arabia, home of two of the three holiest sites (mosques) in Islam, Mecca (masjid al-haram) and Medina (al-masjid an-nabawi); the third being in Jerusalem (al-masjid al-aqsa). Jordan currently has custodianship of the al-aqsa mosque in Jerusalem. Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman of Saudi Arabia has indicated that he desires guardianship of all three of Islam's holy sites. If he is successful, and Israel normalizes relations with Saudi Arabia through the Abraham Accords, anti-christ could then at some point negotiate with the two countries to build the third temple.
