There is No biblical command or requirement to ' just ' forgive people. The bible teaches that repentance is necessary for forgiveness, then we Must forgive. Our example is Jesus who on the cross did Not forgive his executioners but prayed for them, asking God to forgive them, Stephen also prayed for his killers asking God to forgive.
