Ezekiel 34:29 And I will raise up for them a plant of renown,

and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land,

neither bear the shame of the heathen any more.

With the world population expected to reach 10 billion by 2050, growers must produce more food under increasingly difficult conditions: extreme weather and severe shortages of labor, water, pollinating bees and arable land.

“At the end of the day, we will need to increase yields by about 50 percent, with 50 percent less resources, in order to feed the world,” Vered says. “That’s where we are heading with climate change.”

More correctly. to maintain its increasing population of Land Whales, each of which easily consumes enough to feed at least 3 or 4  people.

There is no shortage of food, there is a mismanagement of food distribution among the world population.

Land Whales is kind of an insulting term.

Agricultural innovation in general has certainly improved the food supply to the world. Can it eliminate hunger completely? That is a lofty yet possible goal, but will be confounded by other issues.

Political actionss are why we have hunger, not the inability to produce enough food to feed everyone.
