Beloved ones, we heard Jesus said:

“men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.”

‭‭Luke‬ ‭21‬:‭26‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Can we be honest to ourselves? Are we concerned that we are judged being naive because we are honest ?

Let us consider the meaning of the word “naive”:

  1. (of a person or action) showing a lack of experience, wisdom, or judgment.

Can we consider ourselves not lack of experience for FEAR? Can we consider ourselves not lack of wisdom for FEAR ? Can we consider ourselves not lack judgment for FEAR ?

For we heard: men's hearts failing them for FEAR, and for LOOKING AFTER those things which are coming on the earth.

How should we consider ourselves not lack

of experience, wisdom and judgment for FEAR ? How should  we consider ourselves not lack

of experience, wisdom and judgment, LOOKING AFTER things which are coming on the earth ? How should we even consider the powers of heaven shall be shaken ? How should we understand what Jesus said ?

This also, we heard our Lord said:

“Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭10‬:‭2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Beloved ones, let us heed what our Lord has thus said, that we learn not the way of the heathen (unbelievers) but we learn the way of Christ, that be we not dismayed (or be we not afraid of the unexpected) at the signs of heaven, but be we encouraged from the Spirit of truth; for the heathen are dismayed at them (the signs of heaven), for the believers are encouraged from the witness or the testimony of the Lord.

Yes, beloved ones, we should NOT consider our hearts failing us for FEAR, LOOKING AFTER things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

But we should consider our hearts are in working order for FAITH, NOT LOOKING AFTER things which are coming on the earth but LOOKING UP TO HEAVEN, that is, respecting or admiring Jesus : for we shall be spiritually strengthened through Him.

Are we still considering that we lack of experiences, wisdom and judgment for FEAR, that our hearts failing us for FEAR, LOOKING AFTER things which are coming on the earth ?

No, Beloved ones !

Let us be set free.

Remember what our Lord said, that we learn not the way of the heathen (unbelievers) but we learn the way of Christ, that be we not dismayed (or be we not afraid of the unexpected) at the signs of heaven, but be we encouraged from the Spirit of truth; for the heathen are dismayed at them (the signs of heaven), for the believers are encouraged from the  Lord’s witness or testimony.

Are we still considering what witness or testimony of the Lord?

Let our hearts not fail but in working order, that our hearts understand, that learn we the way of Christ, that be we encouraged from the Spirit of truth, we that believe are encouraged from the  Lord’s witness or testimony:

“Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.”

How should we respect or admire Jesus ? How should we learn the way of Christ? How should we be encouraged from the Spirit of truth ? How should we be encouraged from the Lord’s witness or testimony?

This we heard:

“Then he took the five loaves and the two fishes, and LOOKING UP TO HEAVEN, he blessed them, and brake, and gave to the disciples to set before the multitude.”

‭‭Luke‬ ‭9‬:‭16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Let us consider what Jesus did: feeding five thousand, that Jesus respect or admiring the Father who sent Him, that the Father with Jesus blessed them (the multitude), and brake, and gave to the disciples to set before the multitude.

Again, we heard:

“and LOOKING UP TO HEAVEN, he sighed, and saith unto him, Ephphatha, that is, Be opened.”

‭‭Mark‬ ‭7‬:‭34‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Let us consider what Jesus did: healing one that was deaf and had an impediment for speech.

Are we considering, LOOKING AFTER things which are coming on the earth ? How shall we be fed ?

Are we considering, LOOKING AFTER things which are coming on the earth ?How shall we be heard or understood by one that was deaf and had an impediment for speech ?

Are not Jesus speaking to us ?

“And Jesus LOOKING UPON THEM SAITH, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.”

‭‭Mark‬ ‭10‬:‭27‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And LOOKING ROUND ABOUT UPON THEM ALL, he said unto the man, Stretch forth thy hand. And he did so: and his hand was restored whole as the other.”

‭‭Luke‬ ‭6‬:‭10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Are not we still not encouraged by the Spirit of truth ?

“LOOKING UNTO JESUS the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.”

‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭12‬:‭2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“keep yourselves in the love of God, LOOKING FOR the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.”

‭‭Jude‬ ‭1‬:‭21‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Let us be encouraged by the Lord’s testimony:

“And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”

‭‭Luke‬ ‭9‬:‭62‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Let us be children of God, that cultivate our hearts, that we think not the past or suffer not setback or interrupt not progress but think the future or step forward or steady progress,  is fit for the kingdom of God, that God reigns our hearts as king, that we submit to God, that we submit to His truth internally in our hearts.

Also, we have heard:

“Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.”

‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭1‬:‭13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Follow the pattern of the sound words that you have heard from me, in the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. -2 Timothy 1:13 ESV

That is, let us hold fast THE FORM OF SOUND WORDS, or follow THE PATTERN OF THE SOUND WORDS which we have heard of Jesus our Lord, that is, FAITH AND LOVE.

To God the Father be all glory and thanksgiving through Christ.

Amen

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
