And especially Colossians 1:15-18 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence. It would be vanity to claim understanding, or the ability to explain. What I do know, is that we can come to the place where we realize there is no other explanation. There is a certainty, that the Lord calls truth. Furthermore, after studying the efforts of philosophy, metaphysics, neuroscience, or cognitive psychology to explain creation and human consciousness, you also come to clearly see the vanity of their efforts. Colossians 2:8-10 Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power. Life is Spirit and Truth John 6:63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. Then we read "My thoughts are not your thoughts", and we have to accept the humiliation that without Christ we know nothing about God, and by extension His Creation. Matthew 11: 27 All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Noebel's book, "The Battle For Truth". The worldviews of Secular Humanism, Marxism & Leninism, Cosmic Humanism (Spangler, Fergusen etc.), and Biblical Christianity, are held up to scrutiny for integrity with regard to Theology, Philosophy, Ethics, Biology, Psychology, Sociology, Law, Politics, Economics, and History.
