What animals did God put in the sheet for Peter's vision?

Or was it that Gentiles were unclean, and God was saying that they were not unclean now?

(Remember Jesus called Gentiles, dogs....with the Siro-Phonecian Woman)

The animals in the sheet would have been on the list of forbidden animals in Deut. 14.

oh, i didn't read close enough, sorry.

yeah, if I would have seen that vision myself, I would have thought it was about eating animals. But it is very much about people.

Acts 10:27Talking with him, Peter went inside and found a large gathering of people. 28He said to them: "You are well aware that it is against our law for a Jew to associate with a Gentile or visit him. But God has shown me that I should not call any man impure or unclean.

So even though its animals that are in the sheet, the vision concerns people. I would have never figured it out, I'm glad Peter had the vision and not I!
