Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.

Not AOL.

A few years ago a car commercial claimed that their car would save your soul. I sent in a complaint in among others and it was cancelled quickly.

its also possible they werent even thinking religion when they made the commercial. Their product is just claiming to define instant messaging.

I cant say Im a fan of that site to begin with, it mostly seems like its just trying to stir up controversy with this article.

clout????

naaaaa....

I contacted them, explained what I seen, and also what my wife seen, and expressed it in such a way as to not be offensive, and they replyed with in 24 hours, and explained that evidently the marketing people did not think about that aspect of that peticular products commercial, and that they would bring it to their board in short order, for the did not realize that it was giving off that sort of message.... I did see the commercial that day, and i also watched the other commercials that had already been set up to run using the same sort of theme, and since that time i have not seen any of those commercials.....

a few days later, i recontacted them and explained that i will continue using their product and thinked them for their concideration in the way they present their good products, and hoped they would continue on the same way in the future....

clout? nope, just concern, not just for me, my wife, and my children.... but also for all the other children and other people out there that do not know any better.....

anyways.... thats all there was to it....

they may have already recieved a few other contacts about that same series of commercials, i dont know, didnt ask..... dont matter....

No, because just like the car commercials that use Shift_ the "I AM' has something after it. I am video, I am chat, etc.

Now, if they stop at I AM and intend it to be the meaning of God, then I would say yes.

I haven't seen this but I would hazard a guess that they (AOL) don't have a clue as to who and what the great "I AM" really is.

Blessings, kamusat
