I never claimed to be the sharpest knife in the drawer. its okay Wayne..my nickname has been jack for many years now..besides my hair is so short some might even mistake me for a man.. Blessings LOL...I get called 'brother' all the time, yet i'm a sister. Sometimes I let it go, but sometimes I let people know differently if I think it will keep my head from getting cut off and served on a platter. We really need to color code or something. Ya' know? Too many misquote Jesus or twist what HE actually was teaching in Matthew 7. Even former Presidents have used that passage of Scripture in order to divert attention and avoid judgement. Read Matthew 7 closer and show where Jesus said NOT to judge. He didn't. Rather he told us to judge righteously. Yes, amen! Well said. But do not think I am endorsing Ozzie . . . The more I mature in the Lord, the more I realize that there is a good percentage of "christians" that are just borderline looney. Not trying to be harsh, but sometimes the truth hurts. Hey now - Rock and Roll Ain't Noise Polution! But yes - I totally agree with you! I admit, I do enjoy a good helping of secular music now and again, however, much of what's coming out off the radio these days I renounce and deny listening to because it offends my moral code - to obey and glorify God. Reminds me of a song I had on a Bill Gaither Trio album way back in the day growing up as a kid... Lyrics were something along these lines... "Be careful little ears what you hear, be careful little eyes what you see..." The sad fact is, even as adults, we need to abide by these standards (hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil, think no evil) and it's becoming increasingly more difficult as we become super-saturated with society's filth - we're becoming desensatized to it so much, that it's hard to even recognize sin sometimes. I think Aerosmith said it best with "Livin' On The Edge"... There's somethin' wrong with the world today I don't know what it is Something's wrong with our eyes We're seeing things in a different way And God knows it ain't His It sure ain't no surprise... The song goes on, but not worth mentioning... This is when reading one's Bible and praying can send God's arrow of conviction straight to your heart and guide you home. Peace to all! I don't care what you call that colour, it is one of the most hideous that God ever invented. Purples are cool, pinks are for babies, and only cause they have no choice. The man can't seem to even form a sentence. I feel sorry for him and my prayer is that he and his whole family find Jesus. His music is dark and holds no hope. The only hope he has is as with all of us. Jesus.
