I have a few of their older ones. because it was "angry"? ever heard master of puppets....? i think thats kinda funny...im sorry. their latest album wasnt the best musically. no solos, a bad drum set. and, not catchy tunes. their new album has promise. they have played 2 new songs in some shows over the summer and they sound great. a lot more old school metallica, so im looking forward to that. Last album I bought was reload and it only had two songs on it that I liked (unforgiven 2 and something else). They became too "alternative" sounding to me and lost their focus too. Guest canyoudodgeawrench Posted August 31, 2006 Share Posted August 31, 2006 how can you say that. mustaine left before kill em all was released i think. then they did ride the lightning, master of puppets, ...and justice for all. three great albums. then went on to do the black album which was heavy and good. load and reload arent as great. but they still put out good music. not as complex as pieces like orion and call of ktulu, but still good. and their new album holds a lot of promise.
