There is a lot of junk out there and we Christians take it too lightly that there are things we should not open ourselves up to. We really do need to listen to our hearts about all things!! well said

Personally that is the same as the occult, they are opening doors that should be left alone. My answer would be I would not watch it at all, big KEEP AWAY sign for me. Christians should not become ignorant of the classics just because it is not penned by a Christian author. However, there is nothing on tv that could be considered great literature. Each person has to decide according to their own conscious towards God. but the one who has the freedom to watch should not condemn those who don't watch and those who don't have the freedom to watch should not condemn those who do watch for it is a matter of personal consciousness towards God and them. In other words "make up your own mind" OC So if you think taking poison will hurt you then don't do it. But if you think taking poison is ok then go right ahead. That's sound doctrine. The premise was that the Stones were up front about glorifying satan while the Beatles appeared light and fluffy but had underlying satanic themes. I would think most TV could fall into these to categories. When you watch a supernatural show, you know you are looking the enemy straight in the eye, while things like CSI and the news would have a more subtle effect and you might not notice the brainwashing mechanism in action. Just my opinion.
