I have been trying his way for the last 2 weeks with my cocker spaniel and what a difference it has made!!! Some of his episodes describe some of the problems that you have mentioned. I am under the impression that getting a dog crate, the right size for your dog, actually helps. It helps the dog feel secure while you are gone. Its a thought anyway.
