Greetings~

We all know that many people wear a cross on a chain, around their necks.

Not all of these people proclaim that Christ has risen.

Why not work on an idea of how to change this.

As an example: Maybe a stemmed white Lily or Rose could be mounted on to the cross.

Well there is my contribution and I am ready to hear yours.

Yeshua/Jesus Christ Has Risen!

:t: :t: :laugh::laugh::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Because Snow,

eventually they would defile that too.

I asked a girl a while back why she wore a cross if she wasn't a Christian. She replied that the cross was just jewelry and didn't mean ANYTHING other than decoration.

Sad isn't it???

Love,

John

A friend of mine from college went into a jewelry store to look for a gold necklace with a cross on it. She conveyed this to the salesperson, who then replied "Do you want a plain one or the kind with the little man hanging on it?"

I'm right there with you - Adstar bro. I've heard it said many times that they wear the cross for a good witness. The BEST way to witness is to show the love of Jesus through your actions. Also to JP1 who said

I dont think I want to remember the suffering that I made him suffer through for ME. I am so thankful for Christs sacrafice - but it saddens be that we as humans as a whole can do such a terrible thing to such a loving and caring person. I know it had to be done - but I'm just saying, the fact that we could do this to someone - anyone - completely and utterly makes me sick ot my stomache. It is, on the other hand, very important to know about. But I still feel that I don't want to remember the pain that I put my savior through!

I prefer to think of Jesus ascending into heaven myself, dwelling on His resurrection, His Victory over death for us all.

I used to wear Cross neckalces, to try and remind myself who I am representing..who I am supposed to examplify...

they all broke!!! So I took that as a sign that I wasn't doing a good job of showing others Christ and therefore shouldn't turn them off by a symbol.

The Lord, has a lot of work to do in me :x: .....I wish I could show His love through me...I desire to lead people to Him, but if I can't change myself, then how can I expect others too?
