Holy Cow forrest you really need some hobbies like hunting or fishing. I do fish, all the time. Hunted more when I was kid. I don't read FP magazine other than the occasional article that shows up on Google News. However, I do listen to NPR pod-casts (not the dull artsy ones) sometimes when I am out running, and that is how I heard about the surveys. Many of the same people who believe that Anthropogenic Global Warming theory is nothing but a grand conspiracy to take away the rights of the people, will at the very mention of terrorism hand their Civil Liberties to the federal government. i hear you loud and clear on this one, forrest. many don't realize the number of ways they can be exploited as soon as they give away their rights. good definition for 'out of the frying pan and into the fire'! we now live with a 'threat' of terrorism. Is it possible that God could use Global Warming to fulfill the end times prophecy in Revelation? With the information at our fingertips, the Global Warming subject is easily understood. Trudging through the data provided by both sides of the scientific community, combined with historic behavior of societies, makes for an interesting dance. Some of us are going to waltz through this and some of us will 'two-step' off a cliff. If I didn't have God's lead to follow the GW issue would be inciting a riot somewhere in me. Kind of like an indulgence. The only problem is that rivers of oil and thousands of Rams could never bring Peace to a mans heart. Neither can carbon credits offset guilt.
