The Lamb in Rev.5:6 has "just been slain," indicating that Christ had just been slain.

No it doesn't say it has just been slain, it says as though it had been slain. It shows He has over come and God's purposes can now be revealed.

In any case we can disagree on the matter of using extra-Biblical helps. I find them extremely helpful in deciphering the many signs of Revelation. I would venture to guess that most, if not all, believers who have ventured beyond chapter 1 of this final book, have used extra-Biblical sources to arrive at their convicted conclusions.

It's alright to use extra-biblical sources I was just saying they are not inspired like the word of God is, and man has been known to be wrong som times, that includes myself.

Notwithstanding that, however, please consider Matthew henry's Commentary regarding the first horse and rider:
Here, 1. Christ, the Lamb, opens the first seal; he now enters upon the great work of opening and accomplishing the purposes of God towards the church and the world. 2. One of the ministers of the church calls upon the apostle, with a voice like thunder, to come near, and observe what then appeared. 3. We have the vision itself, v. 2. (1.) The Lord Jesus appears riding on a white horse. White horses are generally refused in war, because they make the rider a mark for the enemy; but our Lord Redeemer was sure of the victory and a glorious triumph, and he rides on the white horse of a pure but despised gospel, with great swiftness through the world. (2.) He had a bow in his hand. The convictions impressed by the word of God are sharp arrows, they reach at a distance; and, though the ministers of the word draw the bow at a venture, God can and will direct it to the joints of the harness. This bow, in the hand of Christ, abides in strength, and, like that of Jonathan, never returns empty. (3.) A crown was given him, importing that all who receive the gospel must receive Christ as a king, and must be his loyal and obedient subjects; he will be glorified in the success of the gospel. When Christ was going to war, one would think a helmet had been more proper than a crown; but a crown is given him as the earnest and emblem of victory. (4.) He went forth conquering, and to conquer. As long as the church continues militant Christ will be conquering; when he has conquered his enemies in one age he meets with new ones in another age; men go on opposing, and Christ goes on conquering, and his former victories are pledges of future victories. He conquers his enemies in his people; their sins are their enemies and his enemies; when Christ comes with power into their soul he begins to conquer these enemies, and he goes on conquering, in the progressive work of sanctification, till he has gained us a complete victory. And he conquers his enemies in the world, wicked men, some by bringing them to his foot, others by making them his footstool. Observe, From this seal opened, [1.] The successful progress of the gospel of Christ in the world is a glorious sight, worth beholding, the most pleasant and welcome sight that a good man can see in this world. [2.] Whatever convulsions and revolutions happen in the states and kingdoms of the world, the kingdom of Christ shall be established and enlarged in spite of all opposition. [3.] A morning of opportunity usually goes before a night of calamity; the gospel is preached before the plagues are poured forth. [4.] Christ

From the RcV footnotes:

1) "And I saw, and behold, a white horse, and he who sits on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went forth conquering and to conquer." (Rev.6:2)

White signifies clean, pure, just, and approvable. The white horse is a symbol of the preaching of the gospel, which is clean, pure, just, and approvable in the eyes of both man and God. (cf. Rev. 19:11; 14; Zech. 1:8; 6:3)

The first four seals consist of four horses with their riders, as in a four-horse race. The four riders are not persons but personified things. It is evident that the rider of the second horse, the red horse, is war (v. 4), that the rider of the third horse, the black horse, is famine (v. 5), and that the rider of the fourth horse, the pale horse, is death (v. 8). According to historical facts, the rider of the first horse, the white horse, must be the gospel, not Christ or Antichrist as some interpret. Immediately after Christ's ascension, these four things

You are wrong about the he who sits on the whirte horse. It is true that the white represants purity and also victory but one must take the whole verse into account by researching each word in that verse. Satan always comes as a knight in shining armor at first to deceive but he has no power to kill. And so it is with Rev 6:2. The white horse represents purity and victory but with no arrows the rider has no power and is simply running a bluff. The words "conquer and conquering" are speaking not of war but of capturing the hearts and minds of people. In the Greek they mean "to come away victorious". Jesus does not need a crown to be given to Him because He received His Crown the day He died on the cross. The rider on the white horse is made royalty when he shows up and is given a crown but Jesus was royalty from the forever.

The rider on the white horse is the Antichrist. Even the pre-tribbers know that.

So Satan comes on a horse representing purity and victory.

Sorry, but I can't seem to find any verses in the Bible which say that Satan is either pure or victorious. In each case the horse and its rider are one, therefore Satan could not be one with a horse that represents purity or victory.

Even pre-tribbers know that.

The rider on the white horse brings in false peace he conquers without having to fight. This person also breaks that covenant half way through and causes war against God's people. There is only one who has always attacked God's people and that is Satan, so who ever is on this angel of light (horse) will be a power of darkness at the mid point. He will be given power by the Dragon himself. So whoever it is he is Anti------Christ if he is not for Christ he is Anti------Christ.

Just as a hypothetical scenario, let's imagine your interpretation is correct. Can you produce any other scriptural references or examples where riding on a white horse represents a false peace that leads to victory?

I think the following verses are a good reference for verifying the other interpretation but I cannot find any to verify the other...

Rev 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and He who sat on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and wages war.

Rev 19:12 His eyes are a flame of fire, and on His head are many diadems; and He has a name written on Him which no one knows except Himself.

Rev 19:13 He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.

Rev 19:14 And the armies which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white horses.

Then the white horse would be the only one of the four who false represents something. That doesn't follow the pattern.

The horse brings a rider with false peace. Who gives the beast its power? The dragon (Satan)

It is said that Satan transforms himself as an angel of light.

2 Corinthians 11:14

And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light.

The beast and Satan come together with a false peace. The beast rides on the back of Satan and is given the kingdom. As a child I remember playing a game called piggy back. One would jump on the back of someone else and they would say giddy up horsie. Well hypothetically that is what Satan and the beast are playing. Satan is the horse and the beast is the rider.

Satan has always misrepresented who He really is, so what's the problem.

Would he come out and say straight away. "Hi my name is Satan and I am going to have you all take a mark in your hand or forehead which ever feels comfortable to you. Then I will have you all bow down and worship me as God, but I am going to do this in a way so subtle that you wont know it is happening so you believe the lie I am about to tell you." I don't think so. He comes as an angel of light and he uses the beast as his tool to get the nations of the world to worship him.

I guess you read what I said to fast. You need to slow down a bit and take a closer look at what I said. But for your sake I will repeat it what I said in a more understandable way.

I said that the man on the white horse was running a BLUFF which means that he is not at all pure or victorious but will make himself appear to be pure in order to accomplish his evil designs.

The most infamous mass murderer in history was talking peace while preparing for war and invaded Poland in the name of peace which started world war two. You know who he was don't you? Adolf Hitler.

On the very day that Pearl Harbor was bombed the Japanese were in Washington talking about a peace treaty with us. They came with an olive branch in one hand out front and a knife in the other hand behind their back.

And so it will be with the Antichrist who will be riding on the white horse in question. You need to realize that a "bow" is useless without arrows the same as a gun is without bullets but one can point a gun at somebody and get what they want even though it is unloaded because the one on the receiving end doesn't know the gun can not be used. The same goes for the bow. It is always seen and arrows are always in a pouch and the man on the horse doesn't have a pouch.

Yes, but you cannot base an entire exegesis of Scripture on that one item. There are still conflicts with your interpretation, as I pointed out above,
