These come right next to zero on the numerical scale, in both the negative and positive scales. Regrettably, there is no positive zero symbol on my keyboard, so thusly I must enter it as +0. For example, July 3, 200+0 (my 5th birthday) Thusly this moves each number back a conventional place, thusly, last year was '06, and here comes '07! You can believe in a negavtive zero and a positive zero, but you must remember that they value they hold is not a negavite 1 or a postitive 1. Its still a value of zero.
