Since Jesus loved you so much that He took your place, do you want to crucify Him all over again by doing what you know is wrong? Do your really REALIZE JESUS DID FOR YOU? I have to disagree with that. Today more and more sin is being "accepted" and is being brought out of the closet. Just because it is out in the open, that does not make it right! If you noticed in these verses, God granted repentance to these people. Acts 5:31 Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins. Acts 11:18 When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life. There is a difference. I have relatives that say that drinking a beer is a sin, but I disagree. Maybe drinking 10 if you get my meaning. It is simply forsaking a sin. God does not require you to beat yourself up, but to obey Him. If there is a feeling involved, it should simply be love for Him.
