They came for the Catholic, and I said, not my problem. they took the Catholic. they came for Presbyterian, and I said, not my problem. they took the Presbyterians. They came for the Methodist, and I said, not my problem. they took the Methodist. (so forth and so on, right on down the line) they came for the me, and there was no one else left for it to be their problem, so they took me....... as posted above, NOT MY PROBLEM is a very selfish term, but then again, that is what we have been training our children to be like.... the commercials on the TV all lead a person to say ME, ME ME ME ME..... I do not agree, that we are our brothers keeper, I SAY, WE ARE OUR BROTHERS BROTHER (OR SISTER). mike

I cannot make everyone else responsible for me... When the Nazis came for the communists, I remained silent; I was not a communist. When they locked up the social democrats, I remained silent; I was not a social democrat. When they came for the trade unionists, I did not speak out; I was not a trade unionist. When they came for the Jews, I remained silent; I wasn't a Jew. When they came for me, there was no one left to speak out.
