London, Dec 18 (DPA) A company for ecological design in Britain has produced an edible Christmas card made from potato starch paper and featuring a picture of Brussels sprouts.

we have been making apple, cinnamon and brown sugar paper all week long, now switching to banana with a bit of cinamon today....

we then roll them up and let kids eat the "paper"

then there is the guy that made edible golf tee's that were totally environmentally sound, if they break, just leave them and the next time it rains they disappear.... you can even chew on them ( if you choose to ) and they wont hurt you..... not even if you swallow them...

Do you really make that sort of paper for your kids Irish? (if so... what's the recipe??)

I like the idea of a choclate one... my mom and I coudl make those!!

I guess if if you make it from potato starch like the OP says they do, you could top it with with butter, sour cream, chives, and bacon, salt and pepper, LOL

Yeah, I guess you would have to roll it up inside the paper and eat it like burrito. A potato paper burrito... think it'll catch on? :emot-handshake:
