Hi all, I read some more posts and have some comments. Many are different. I do not think the mark is a literal mark, but even if it was this wouldnever change ones mind. Next, the seals are not in order. For example; seal one, white horse, or satan defacto, but wait, this does not occur until the 6th trumpet. Simularly, an army may not be told in the order what they are being prepaired for, but that they should recognize thru their traing what they face when they see it. Additionally, the seals are so we know what will happen Trumpets are the call to action Vials are the point of where it is happening. To say it again" seal=what will happen trumpet=call to action vial=it is happening So, if one don't know what is going to happen, then how will one know what is being shown? By the time the action is made ready, the seals had better already be in place, otherwise God says He will place the spirit of slumber [stupor] in the mind. Now all this has nothing to do with salvation, but with time. There is a time, 1,000 years, where all who do not receive the seal of God, but the mark of the beast, will be set aside to feed at God's table, on God's word only. And we are told the diception is that the false Christ will arrive first. Rather, that satan will arrive defact and claim to be Christ. WE are instructed on what that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun. Christian713, Please know that satan cannot read minds. Only our Father can do that. What do you mean God speaks with you? What do you mean satan is on your back? I tell you truly: satan's mo is to get us to think that which is spiritual is physical, and that which is physical is spiritual. God has given us power over the enemy. Talking to God is the best thing any of us can ever do. He is our Father. He is the closest living relative that we have. This is why Christ would tell us we have to love our mother and father less than God, that is to say, we should love God more than anyone on earth. You know they dug up the dead sea scrolls, and oh, there were some excited folks looking deeply into them. You know what? If they had found any little thing that differed from the original texts at all, they would have made movies and books and all kinds of money; shouting and proclaiming the God's Word as false. But that didn't happen. You know what happened? The same thing that has happened for centuries. All these wise and prudent scholars, seeking to uncover the mystery, thru archeology and such, all they ever could find was that the Bible was not only accurate, but many times, the Bible is the only reference to lost cities and peoples recorded. They find cities not recorded anywhere else but in the Bible. It is divinely inspired, as it is His Word and letter to you. Now in Jude, we read that even the arch angel Michael doesn't fool around with satan, but rebukes him in the name of the Lord. What can you do personnally? I will tell you the Bible way. Christ is the anointed One. Olive oil in Hebrew has 2 Names of God in it. elyjah. El, and Jah. It means the oil of our people. Christ is the oil of our people, He lights the way. Remember the passover story where God would pass over all of His people if they marked the door posts with the Lamb's Blood? We are to use the oil to anoint His precious temple and you are that, precious one. "17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are [your flesh body]." (1 Cor 3; KJV) So, we can ask God to consecrate a bottle of pure olive oil, just like they did with their temple and peoples in the Bible, and put it aside, not to be used for any other purpose. Tell God this is what it is for when you ask Him to bless it. Put some on your head and ask Him to protect you. you can put some around your doorway, in case any spirits try to piggy back their way in thru some one else. There is nothing special about the olive oil itself. It just is showing God that you understand His Ways, and by your faith, He will make intercession for you. Most important is to repent. That is to say, know that our morally falling short, which is what "sin" means; hurts our God. Knowing you hurt God is a great thing. It is a starting place for not wanting to hurt God. When we truly desire to please God, we call attention to our own misplaced thoughts and deeds, thereby initiating a reason and method to control ourselves. Repentance in earnest allows God to see us as perfect. Of course He doesn't want to be asked about the same thing over and over, as He forgot it, and doesn't want to be reminded of it. He is speaking to you in these verses, as He would speak to very wise people, do you believe Him? The kind of church that God endorses is the kind of church that teaches His Word. I was wondering what kind of a church you visit? The truth is we are the church, us people getting together to learn God's Word. It isn't really about having fun, listening to music and meeting people that like to have fun. Now there is nothing wrong with music and dancing and having fun, but God's Word should be the primary focus of the group, and the subjects should match perfectly with God's Word. I am always wary of groups that do all kinds of things, but don't explain the Word of God, chapter and verse. Not just a couple either, if we only hear a couple once a week, then it would take 600 years just do get thru it one time. So, we need to be fed at God's Table, and be fed serious meals, not scraps. You are being prayed for. Hang in there. God likes I can kinda children. Don't let this old world get you down. The real promise God gives us while we are here is really peace of mind. It isn't money or any of the earthy delights. Sure, He rewards those who love Him, but each in the way God knows it will fulfill His plan. We are instructed that this is just the flesh, just temporary. To not fear those who can kill the body, but to revear God, as He can grant you eternal life, or death. So many miss the spiritual God, and seek the worldly God. Our Father is not worldly. Read John ch 17. It is a beautifu prayer Christ prayed once His disciples understood His message. He prayed for us to be saved from the evil one, not to be taken out of the world, but read the message. It is very powerful. Pro 22:17 Bow down thine ear, and hear the words of the wise, and apply thine heart unto my knowledge. God is telling us to read His letter. He wrote it for you, so you can know Him. Wisdom comes from God, not from man.

I think they are 1. the law 2. the prophets Christ told us flately we have the law ;Moses; and the prophets; let us here them. These two will be quoting scripture having to do with the law and the prophets. I have a study somewhere, but am not allowed to post one, not for a long time as the rules are understood by me.

i wanted to add that something many are not aware of is that the 7 day sabbath keeping was a rotating event. like, say, dec 25th, it is on a different day each year. similarly, they were to count to the 14th of nissan, and begin there counting. so the 14th would fall on a different day each year, therefore rotating, as it were, the 7 day cycle. on some years they would have 2 sabbaths in one week, then there is the Great Sabbath, which is the one our Lord and Saviour was murdered prior to, which fell on a Wed, not a friday, and yes, the Bible does document this, contrary to the scholars who state otherwise.

"Foundation" in Greek, usually references the "katabole", or "overthrow": what was overthrown. satan's dynasty, where 1/3 of all souls followed in his rebellion, Rev 12. did Essau follow and fight on satan's side? yep. did Jacob? nope. why are we here? Because God loves all His children!!! Could God just kill satan and all His children that followed satan? No! Why? Because God is a fair and loving God!!! Therefore, none can say they have not been told. Sadly, many will still follow satan at the end of that period, and God will have to destroy many of His children. It breaks my heart to think about the longsuffering our Father is going thru, the debasing of His own Self, being murdered in the flesh, just to save us. I do not understand what it is about us that He loves so much, as even our righteousness is as filthy rags in His sight. nevertheless, He does love His children, and sees us as perfect upon true repentence. I Thessalonians 4:16 "For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:" I Thessalonians 4:17 "Then we which are alive, and remain, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord." These clouds are angels, and we will be like they are: In Hebrews 12:1; "Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us." The"air"as given here is not "pneuma" or sky, but from "aemi" in the Greek, # 109 in the Strong's, and it means the "breath of life" or your "spiritual body". When will this happen? I Corinthians 15:52 "In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed I Corinthians 15:53 "For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality." What God is saying is Woe to those women, or those that call themselves the bride of Christ, that fabricate false prophecies [make kerchiefs], that cover the saving hands of Almighty God that reach out in judgment, and saving. It is a matter of whether you are with Him or against Him. But the real work of God is covered, because of the so-called religious divine utterances that God did not speak. These pillows of false divine doctrine cover over the truths of God's saving hands, and give a false security to the new born spiritual soul. It is aimed not only to the false prophets, but to these so ignorant that they would believe in these fairy-tales. If you have no knowledge on a matter, it is time to get right to God's Word. God is saying that we are to rip those Kerchiefs off of every high place, or temple and see what is under it. Ezekiel 13:19 "And will ye pollute Me among My People for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, to slay the souls that should not die, and to save the souls alive the should not live, by your lying to My People that hear your lies?" This again is what God is instructing us to say to those who are teaching these false doctrines. Are you going to pollute My word for money [barley] and for taking vows [bread]. Are you going to pollute the world of God because of you budget, or pension program, or anything that causes you to peddle something you know to be a lie. The "souls that should not die", are those that are studying in the Scripture and hunting for the truth, and these false prophets [ministers] lie to them of the word, and lead them astray, for the sake of attendance, money, or any earthly matter. Ezekiel 13:20 "Wherefore thus saith the Lord God; 'Behold, I am against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to make them fly, and I will tear them from your arms, and will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt to make them fly." Have you ever wondered what God thinks of your fly-away doctrine? Here it is. God said, Behold, wake up, I am against your false doctrines [pillows], wherewith ye hunt the souls to make them fly. Did you get that, God is against it when you go out to teach the souls of men and women and tell they are going to fly out of here. Those that you have hunted with your whitewashed religion, and told them that they will fly out and not see the time of the end. You have told them not to prepare for the Antichrist, and that the signs of the times of the entire Bible were not important. When you rely on I Thessalonians 4:15 to the end, and rely on that to back up the fly away doctrine, you have missed the entire meaning of the book. For in 4:13 it tells you what Paul is explaining to the Christians at the Thessalonians Church. the whole chapter is talking about where are the dead, those who died and are buried in the ground. I Thessalonians 4:13; "But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep [dead], that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope." I Thessalonians 4:14; "For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep [die physical death] in Jesus will God bring with him." God told us in Ezekiel 13:17; "Set thy face against the daughters [suppose to be the bride of Christ] of they people, ...and prophesy thou against them," are we to keep quiet and let them go unanswered? no. Do you really think God meant something else when He made His hatred of this so strong? If you are so bound up in this fly-away doctrine that you can't see past it, then you have the mark of the beast already. The battlefield is your mind. No matter what outside mark they can put on a person, it can never change ones mind!!! Ezekiel 13:21 "Your kerchiefs also will I tear, and deliver My People out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand to be hunted; and ye shall know that I am the Lord." Why does God keep saying, "and ye shall know that I am the Lord."? Because you keep mixing up the false Messiah with Him. Ezekiel 13:22 "Because with lies ye have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, by promising him life:" Through this fly away doctrine, you are strengthening the hands of the wicked one, and he is Satan. You promise those souls that there is a fly-away, an easy way out; you don't need to pay attention to the signs of the times, you will be taken away anyway; that is how you condemn him, "by promising him life", when there is only death. Salvation through the fly-away rapture doctrine, is condemnation to the Antichrist, during the hour of temptation. Ezekiel 13:23 "Therefore ye shall see no more vanity, nor divine divinations: for I will deliver My People out of your hand: and ye shall know that I am the Lord." Then Christ tells us in prayer: Joh 17:15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. Hi, i am new to the board, but not the Bible: I am responding to the threadholder. I agree, there is only One God, He is Spirit. The word "throne" is never pluralized, as there is only One God. At first, awhile back, I did not really think that the trinity issue was a salvation issue, but have come to the conclusion that is very much is so. What I am amazed at is how many well intended folks feal totally at ease using words that are not in the Bible. Of course, this is what we can read about in Gen 3 w/ Eve, and the temptation of Christ in the Gospels. satan just adds a little twist, a small addition, just ever so slightly exchanging one principal for another. The fact is, a half truth is a whole lie. Regarding the trinity, I cannot seem to get away from the acceptability of the term. Lets face it. trinity means three. and we are told very very many times that there is only One God, there are no others, and never will be any others. What I have never seen is how the "trinity" folks reconcile their One God verses with the idea of 3. Stephen did not see two on the throne. He saw the visible or "seeable" form of God in Jesus Christ. This agrees with the prophecy of Zechariah. NOW of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne (power) of the Majesty (greatness or Divinity) in the heavens; Hebrews 8:1 A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man. Hebrews 8:2 And Paul said: For our conversation (community) is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: Phil 3:20 The Name of the "Branch" would be Jesus or Joshua meaning "Jehovah-Saves." This is the usual hyphenated name showing that the Spirit God works through visible agencies. And no one has ever suggested that Yehvah is composed of three people. Paul showed that a person with the Spirit of God has the mind of Christ: This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words. -- 1 Corinthians 2:13NIV The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. -- 1 Corinthians 2:14 The spiritual man makes judgments about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man's judgment: 1 Corinthians 2:15 For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:16 Spirit is a neuter word. It was an existing word meaning wind or breath. Because the wind is invisible but carries great power, it was the word God used to show that He is pure (holy) Spirit Who cannot be seen. He does not live in the dimension of time (past, present and future) or space (left-right, forward-backward or up-down). Yet, God created this space-time universe for His own glory. Therefore, when He "reaches in" to manipulate the world, He "decides" with his "mind" or "spirit" and then makes Himself an "arm" or "shoulder" or "nostril" or "mouth" double-edged sword. These are all human terms used to illustrate God's Spirit power over the physical universe. Paul in the above passage shows that God's Spirit or Mind is the Mind of Christ. This agrees with the fact that Spirit in Hebrew and Greek speaks of the mental attributes of man or God. When Scripture speaks in terms of a personal pronoun, the Spirit is the Spirit of Christ. This is why Spirit is a Him as Wisdom is a She. The word mind has much the same meaning as spirit. Prophecies of the Old Testament and the statements in the New Testament show God "making a round trip and more." For instance, Because there was no human Intercessor and there obviously was no junior member of the God family to send, God sent Himself as Intercessor and Redeemer or, to us, as His Arm. Zechariah and others prophesied of One God as King and Priest on one throne. There would be harmony between them both or between the two (Offices). God is "clothed in majesty" and is not visible to human eyes. And a flaming sword which turned every way to keep the way of the tree of life
