so she called me earlier...and we didn't tlak out ALL of our issues, but we talked out some of the more important ones. and she told me she and travis really will be breaking up this time. and i told her i had a hard time beleiveing that and told her why, but she told me that she found someone else. this guy's name is zach. and everytime she hangs out with zach she just feels so happy. but when she's with travis they're fighting and he's making her cry. so yeah we talked some things out, and we're friends again. everything's cool now.

well like, when i give her that counsel she doesn't just not take it, she throws it back in my face and does the exact oppisite

so like, my best friend kelly started dating this guy. and if any of y'all read the last topic i had here, you know what the deal is with them. but for those who didn't read it, the guy is stupid, abusive (more verbally than physically), suicidal, and pretty much a psychopath. anyways, so i'm not getting into the whole what should i do about them thing. but like, she has changed SO much. she's not really a nice person anymore, she's easily angered, takes his side even when i'm DEFENDING HER against him, and the girl who was always easiest to talk with is now one of the hardest. and like, the boy told her mom about one ofhtese times i defended her and yes it was kinda rude, but he showed the message to kelly's mom and we almost weren't allowed to talk anymore. and like, if that had happened, it had gotten to the poiint where i was sure kelly wouldn't have done anything. she wouldn't have talked to travis about it. she wouldn't have gotten mad at him for it. she'd have said "oh well" and like, there were things i NEEDED to tlak to her about. but she never answered the phone and never returned calls. ever. and like, when we did talk it was about HER life. and then i'd mention something going on with me, and she'd be like whatever and change it back to her. so eventually, i couldn't take it anymore. and i told her i couldn't be her friend anymore. and she said stuff like she had thngs she needed to tell me, and i had no idea what she's going through right now. but you know what? i would know if she's answer the phone or return a call on occasion. the only time she ever called me was when she was drunk because of how upset she was with her boyfriend. basically, did i do the right thing by saying i couldn't stay her friend?

sure they may work, but what's the point? you never get to see the person you're in the relatioship with. or if you do, it's just hardly ever.

well if you're returning, then just wait till you see her. like, tell her how you feel now, but if y'all are already far apart, there's no point in y'all starting a relationship. wait till you see her again. then start one if that's what you both want.

there ae certain boards where it just does that to everyone. i've had that happen to me before too.

so i found out that the reason she gets mad at me for sticking up for her is because when i do he takes it out on her. like, since i'm HER friend it must be HER fault. and apparently she says she'll break up with him by summer vacation because she's tired of dealing with all this, but i'm just like, why drag it out? why say she'll break up with him by a certain time instead of doing it now? and i don't really beleive it anyways because i've lost count of how many times she's said she'd dump him but hasn't. ughhhhh this is annoying. i'm trying what you say.

I'll be praying. lyndsey backed out. she says that since she's been through it she knows how annoying it is for people to butt in. and then travis did something else and i messaged him about it. and now kelly's mad at me. i'm like totally crying right now. she's mad at me for sticking up for her. sure, i said some rude things to him, but he said rude things back, and she's mad at just me. she's not mad at him for being rude to her best friend. seriously i don't get it. if i were dating a guy and he was mena to kelly, i'd dump him on the spot. this is all just horrible and i don't know how much more i can take. and i pray about this EVERY NIGHT and it's just getting worse and worse. and i don't know what to do!

my mom knows some of the situation but not all of it, but if i tell my mom, she'll tell kelly's mom which i wanna avoid until i see what comes of lyndsey's talk with her.

so basically, it hasn't gotten better. in fact, it's all gotten worse. for starter they HAVE had sex (which i'd already know about) but like, she had said she really regretted it and would do it again, but now i've found out that they've done it A LOT in the last couple months. and she goes to class crying EVERY DAY. and he's convinced her that she deserves to be treated the way he treats her and that it's ok. my friend kimmie and i were talking about it last night i just started bawling. so my sisters came in to talk to me and we've come up with a plan. you see, my sister jessie's best friend, lyndsey, wen through a relaitonship exactly like kelly's a year or 2 ago. only she let it go further and she knows that it gets way worse. so she takes it really seriously and tries to help whoever she can in these situations. so we called her and she's gonna have a talk with kelly. we're thinkng that talking to someone who's actually been through it will be more helpful than talking to friends that have had nothing but good relationships. but, if it does no good, or kelly refuses to tlak to her, i'm calling kelly's mom and telling her. how does that sound???

I hate that saying too. It's NOT her body. It's a different DNA - a different person. Someone here posted a very graphic (yet truthful) video that describes exactly what happens during an abortion. If that could be found, could he convince her to watch it? The mother of this baby will suffer for the rest of her life if she does this. They may say it's just a medical procedure but we all know it's more than that and the mothers have recurring problems, medical and pschological once they've had an abortion. there are acutally lots of ways that abortions happen. i saw pictures of babie's during abortion in my biology class last semester. it's apalling. honestly. i don't know how anyone can do that sort of thing to their child. i certainly never could.

I think if he doesn't know it is from a clone he probably will? hmmm you've got a point. i mean, if you don't know that the specific animal you're eating is cloned or not, what's to stop you from eating it? and you know, the whole cloned animal thing probably would deform the person eating it. because the cloned animal is EXACTLY THE SAME as the original. that's the whole idea.

Evolution doesn't mean an entire class of animals evolved into the same thing, just that some did. Alligators and crocodiles for example are very much prehistoric and relatively unchanged animals. Birds did not evolve from crocodiles, but birds very well may have evolved from certain species of reptile. personally, i think birds and dinosaurs may be similar, but i'm thinkin god made dinosaurs. god got sick of dinosaurs. god killed dinosaurs. got made chickens and other birds. simple as that.

and yes there are some people that really are like that girl. there are some who come here because they want to make their lives better. but there are sooo many that come here, make money, go back to mexico, spend it, and then hop the border back over here and repeat the process.

it is. it really is. as far as the lawmakers are concerned, the child can't have rights because until it's come out, it's not considered a person. and the father doesn't get rights because it's the girl that has to carry the baby. i can understand it sort of because it's that girl that has to go through pregnancy and child birth at a young age, but pesonally i think that's a risk she took when she decided to have sex in the first place. it's all just wrong.

they say it's the most deadly massacre in the history of the U.S. gosh it's just horrible what happened. all those people dead, all those families having to deal with it. at least the person that did it killed himself so he can't do it again. i know suicide is bad an all, but so is murdering over 30 people.

i agree here. although, i personally don't want to have sex til i'm married, i'm among a very small number at my school. i'm 14 years old there are girls MY AGE that aren't virgins anymore, and there are more in 10th grade, more than that in 11th, and even more than that in 12th. And from watching my sisters' experiences i know that parents just telling their kids not to have sex and laying down rules like if you wanna see your boyfriend he can come to the house where ya'll are under parental supervision, and things like that. but guess what. my sisters have both found their ways around it. like for instance my sister, sarah. she's the one that rules are layed down for. she's 16. (jessie's 18 and is basically allowed to do whatever she wants now) well, sara sneaks around all the time. when she and i are baby-sitting our little sisters, she tells me to watch them for like 40 minutes, goes down to the end of the driveway(we have a long driveway)and meets up with her boyfriend. there are soooo many ways for kids to get around their parents. if they wanna have sex, they're gonna find a way to do it. and there's basically no way of stopping them. if a parent says you can't see your boyfriend or girlfriend at all, the kids will skip school to do it. they'll find a way. so we need to teach about safe-sex. way to prevent pregnancy & STD spreads
