  1. I certainly agree with your point. However, I think that the republican party is just as much trying to corrupt and use the movement to its advantage, though in a different manner. Good point; the Republicans want to associate themselves with the Tea Party movement as a way of differentiating themselves from the Democrats in the upcoming elections. I don't blame them for doing it but I don't think it's good for the grass-roots movement. In reality, we Tea Partiers aren't falling for it. We are vetting and supporting new conservative candidates, those who will support the Constitution. The old party dogs are on the way out, from both parties, and new blood will win in the primaries. If we all have the courage to vote the vagabonds out. So you're basically saying that if Mitt Romney, Mike Huckabee, or Sarah Palin were to get the nomination in 2012 that most of the tea party vote will be going third party or independent?
  2. The suggestion that being powerful means that you by default have to "police the world" is errant. Powerful nations can simply choose not to, as we should, in my opinion. A lot of what the United States calls policing the world seems to be attempting to get Israel to turn a portion of their territory over to her enemies anyway.
  3. I think all of society needs a warning label at this point lol.

I don't blame them for doing it but I don't think it's good for the grass-roots movement. Indeed. I think it's awful for it. I think the best way for the republicans to dissociate themselves from the democrats would be by bringing a truly constitutional outlook back to Washington and then winning based on that, and continuing to build on that by actually doing what they say, not by tricking a movement into voting for the same old people with the same old agenda that will have the same old outcomes.
  5. If you always win debates and are so convincing, do you really think it's a good idea to be an advocate for the devil himself? I would refuse to debate for the side of Islam.

  7. Both the financial degradation and the moral degradation of America have happened in seeming lockstep.
  8. Israel is in a mutual defense treaty with no country, to my knowledge. Meaning that technically they have no allies. The United States and a few other countries (Australia being one of them) tacitly claim to back Israel against potential foes. I wonder about this, though, as Israel has had 3 invasion attempts on it in the past 62 years and none of these countries actually intervened with their military. So I'll just go ahead and make the claim that Israel's only true, and by far most important, ally is God. Eze 39:1 Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal: Eze 39:2 And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel: Eze 39:3 And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand. Eze 39:4 Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured. Eze 39:5 Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD. I'm not sure which war it was - I think it was the 6-Day War - that the US actively resupplied Israel on the fly. So, America could be considered a defacto ally, at least until this present situation. Historically resupplying does not really an ally make, it just makes you a supplier. The united states supplied great Britain and the Soviet Union before they got into the war, but weren't considered allies until they entered the war. That being said I think that in Biblical context that may be enough. I think you'll see every country either against Israel or refusing to help her and keeping a distance (perhaps due to threats from larger and more powerful countries, perhaps not) in the end.
  9. 2 years ago the projected deficit for 2010 was 500 billion and the first year that social security received less than it paid out was supposed to be 2017. The debt this year is nearly 2 trillion and social security received less than it paid out 7 years early. These estimations are probably way, way off on our debt ceiling. We'll be lucky to see 2015 economically on this same course.
  10. I agree. The establishment cause is to protect the church FROM the state. It's being used to attempt to separate people from God.
  11. Aside from all of the in depth discussion that this story could lead to.... that straight up creeps me out.
  12. I had no doubt about it lol, I didn't come to this site at that point though. We have to remember that Bush also attempted to convince them to divide. (Roadmap to peace anyone?)
  13. You could make the argument that Israel has no allies now. As I said earlier, no one is bound by treaty to come to Israel's defense. Pretty much the entire world is asking Israel to divide their land and create a nation that will be invariably hostile. The united states is spearheading this and has for a long time with the backing of most everyone else. That's not something good allies would typically do as far as I'm concerned.

  15. This is why they have started calling it "climate change."
  16. Guess it's not a big deal to them.... I wonder what sort of threats the united states will make against Israel to keep them from retaliating when hezbollah uses them.
  17. "Tuesday's massive earthquake in western China has left hundreds dead and thousands more injured. Both of those numbers are expected to rise in the coming days, as many victims are still trapped under collapsed buildings and rubble. Below, some of the most frequently asked questions surrounding the devastating earthquake." http://buzz.yahoo.com/buzzlog/93573?fp=1
  18. One hundred percent correct. If you look at most mideastern militaries (excluding Iran and Syria) they are virtually jam packed with American weaponry, including Turkey (God/Magog anyone?). All the advanced armaments provided by the united states won't matter though..... Eze 38:16 And thou shalt come up against my people of Israel, as a cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the latter days, and I will bring thee against my land, that the heathen may know me, when I shall be sanctified in thee, O Gog, before their eyes. Eze 38:17 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Art thou he of whom I have spoken in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days many years that I would bring thee against them? Eze 38:18 And it shall come to pass at the same time when Gog shall come against the land of Israel, saith the Lord GOD, that my fury shall come up in my face. Eze 38:19 For in my jealousy and in the fire of my wrath have I spoken, Surely in that day there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel; Eze 38:20 So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground. Eze 38:21 And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains, saith the Lord GOD: every man's sword shall be against his brother. Eze 38:22 And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and brimstone. Eze 38:23 Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the LORD.
  19. Now David Patraeus....he's a definite maybe. Or Mike Pence or Michelle Bachman. Romney and Palin won't cut it; it's just not going to happen. As I've stated before. I believe this to be irrelevant as God has Israel's back. Does that mean we should go against Israel? No, because going against Israel is going against God. However, even if Obama does get them to sign this thing, they don't need atomic weapons, the One who created atoms is going to protect them.
  20. And the next one would as well....no one could possibly believe the Israelis could defeat a coalition of countries in 1948 without divine reinforcement. They didn't even have an army at the time! Whether the U.S. would intervene...I don't know. But, if this country fought against Israel....I would leave it. I agree. In 1948 they were fighting against tanks and artillery with rickety world war II surplus and hunting rifles. I believe that the swift and utter defeats of the Arab coalitions in 67 and 73 were at the very least extraordinarily impressive as well. I've read up on those battles; even an article by some Syrian general that stated he SAW beings that were not Israeli soldiers on the battlefield. I need to find that; can't remember where I read it. But God was definitely with the Israelis every time their 'neighbors' attacked them. Of course, we can't discount their military prowess either. The Israeli military is second only to our own. God is going to protect Israel. The united nations, Europe, the Mideast, nor the United States really have no say in the matter. At this point it's either get on the side of the living God or suffer the consequences.
  21. Muslims can start their own fried chicken chain ..... Killtheinfidel Fried Chicken sounds catchy. Great idea. And they can have the chickens blow themselves up into tasty nuggets. Awesomeness.
  22. Yep same here where I am, but one day pigs might fly....... But it is unreasonable to believe that any county can operate on a .5% interest rate Ours is way higher and has not fluctuated that much in the last two years. But watch this space, the Soccer World Cup has to be paid for by somebody...... No problem bro. We're not headed for a simple adjustment in rates though. I believe that "runaway freight train stagflation" is headed for the U.S. and in short order. That is unless the American people prove their resolve and give this regime it's marching orders in November of this year. We will still feel the effects either way though. It's just that maybe, just maybe, we will be enabled to get a handle on it and start to turn the corner towards smart fiscal policy. I don't personally believe that the united states has had smart fiscal policy at any point in the past 95 years. Centralized banking combined with non-metal backed fiat currency are always going to lead to a roller coaster ride. The first nationwide depression happened less than 20 years after the establishment of the federal reserve. There had only been one four year period of nationwide inflation in the previous 130 years, and that was during the civil war. It's interesting to look at to say the least.
