But with some women: no way will man ever rule over them, no matter who said it! can't put all the blame on women though for man has let the woman labor for the food also. so should it be "Women in Authority" shouldn't it be "both man and women under the Authority Of God" Christ/God over the Church, man over the home, while the whole house submits to the Lord!

I beg the Difference in your understanding of the Authority of the prophet of God. The prophet himself had no Authority. they were mouth pieces/vessels for God. It was God speaking and it was the Authority of God they were disobeying, if they chose not to listen to the Man of God. In those days The prophet could bring news/warnings of things being done wrong in certain cities. and warnings from God to turn from the evil ways. So some cities that feared what God would say, would try and to keep the prophet from coming into town, one way would send their children out as so happened with your reference. Second you make a grave mistake as many others do, the physical death does not mean, that the kids were evil, or that they would end up in hell. in those days the sins of the parents could be passed on even to the fourth generation. the Children would be in that instance obeying their parents or even the elders of that city. sort of like the death Of David's child, the child was the one that died but David had done the sin. A reasonable service for what God did for us. not to get saved. With Lordship salvation, one has to depend on what they can do. their faith is in their works and not in Christ alone. Many will be deceived. if we are saved they will know us by our fruits. If we are saved we will bear the fruit of the Spirit that dwells in us. that is why some thought they were saved but had not ministered to those sick, those in prison, those that were naked or hungered. those that had done those things had done them For Christ and not for themselves. DR: I don't know if it can be proven from scriptures, but where it refers to "BOOKS". Some Preach that there is a book of life and everyone that ever lived is in this book and then there is a Lamb's book of Life, where every Blood bought soul's name is written. as well as the debate of the rapture, many deny the rapture, while many preach the rapture. 1 thes. 4 speaks of an event where those that are asleep in Christ are raised first. please take note that many can not see. they are already judged to be "IN Christ" before they are raised. then we which are alive, speaking of the brethren in Christ, are taking up to be with them. this has to be a separate event from when ALL the dead are raised. from Rev. 19, to rev 22 will be the scriptures you will need to study. I will try to highlight some points that many can't see. for they have to wrap scripture( to make it say what they need it to say) around their doctrine instead of making their doctrine fit scripture. Also they will have to say that Rev. in not in chronological order. to make it fit their doctrine. But when John says and this happened and then this happened, it can't be anything but in chronological order. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God. KJV Now please take note two people are mentioned here; THE BRIDE/the Church, and they which are called unto the supper/ the guest. Note That the marriage is come. the Bride is there by way of the rapture not resurrection. now many will say that we the Church comes back with Christ for the last and great battle. I believ this to be a false teaching, for how many Kings take their Bride into battle. so let's look to scripture for those that will battle and reign with Christ. Take note this is the First resurrection which occurs after the marriage is ready. Rev 20:4-5 4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. KJV the first resurrection is of the ones that were beheaded and had refused the mark of the beast, this is the Great tribulation saints thus the first will be last and the last first. But the "rest of the dead" there is still some that needs to be resurrected. this will be the old testament saints/the guest will be called to the marriage supper. Rev 20:11-13 11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. KJV now here in verse 13. "hell" can be translated as grave, many will claim the KJB is wrong for using "Hell" and not grave, but if to be absent from the Body is to be presence with the Lord for a Christian, then to absence from the body for a unbeliever, hell and grave is the same thing. hopes this help. so as scriptures says those in hell will be judged according to their works, and this is where many will preach degrees of hell. works has nothing to do with salvation, 1 Cor 3:14-15 14 If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. 15 If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. KJV "BUT THE MAN/HE HIMSELF SHALL BE SAVED"

2 Cor 11:14-15 14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness ; whose end shall be according to their works. KJV in the end times the Anti-Christ will show signs and wonders and by doing so, will deceive many. this two sets of verses you show do not contradict but work hand and hand. the kingdom of satan will fall, and Jesus says it must be divided before it can fall. in the end times satan ministers will be casting out demons, they will do this so that they can deceive others that they are from God. but by doing so they will be dividing their own kingdom, for destruction.

I had a dream once, a lot of people were in a room, and the news was that Jesus was coming and we were all excited about it, my Friend, Bill was there with me, someone I looked up to spiritually. we were talking about how great it would be to finally see Jesus. As this great light started to fill the room. I looked around and saw my friend slipping out through a door. I yelled at him to come back he was going to miss Jesus. then I thought why did he leave just as Jesus was appearing. Then a voice answered my question; he doesn't feel worthy to be in My presence. I discussed this with my friend, and he said it was true as great as God had already worked through him, he never felt worthy to be used of God. I think God has brought my dream back to my remembrance, as I read yours. I Believe that whenever God raises you up. you are up the ladder with no where to hide. You feel uncomfortable, it puts you on shaky ground. your term luckly I fell in a church where a few were praying. tells me that you feel more comfortable being unseen. and happy to be as a pray warrior behind the scenes. I believe God has a great ministry for you in that Church, that will lift you up where that you may be seen by all. When the manifestation of God puts you on that ladder you won't have to speak that Jesus is the answer, for If God raises you up, people will know that it is Jesus working and not you. So get out of the prayer room, and get back on the ladder, there's a work to do for the Kingdom. I share this with you, however feel that u already know this, so let this be confirmation you seek. and now if Jesus is the answer, that ladder will also be on solid ground. so climb high my friend for His glory, power and kingdom.

I do believe Paul was credited for writing 1 Cor., was he not so if in his writing he would say :1 Cor 13:9 9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. KJV . I do believe Paul was including himself as having prophesying. also my friend where you also erred is there is prophecy concerning the Gospel which is complete with scripture, But God said in the Old testament" will I not tell my friend, what I am going to do. God telling Abraham that he was going to destroy a city had nothing to do with the gospel. Jesus said I no longer call u servants but friends. Jesus telling the disciples when they go into he city they will find a colt tied. had nothing to do with the gospel. Paul was prophesied to that he was not to go observe the Passover, this type of prophecy has nothing to do with the Gospel,( also note that the one that gave Paul this prophecy was not one of the 12 apostles, which would also blow a hole in the doctrine that only the original apostles had the Gifts) but also this prophecy was a warning to a friend of God. Sorry you can't believe that God could give, someone He loves and cares for, knowledge of things to come through prophecy as He did in the Old as well as the New Testament. Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. now concerning the rapture; Dan 12:1-2 12 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. 2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. KJV Daniel says here there are both raised on the day he speaks of some to everlasting life and some to everlasting contempt, in 1 thes. 4 which has been referenced, only those that are asleep in Christ will be raised to be with Him forever/everlasting life So Daniel's and paul's event has to be separate events. also please take note that we which are alive are taken up. this would make this something other than a resurrection because not only the dead are raised but also those that remain alive are taken as well.

Believe it or not Disciple, I agree with you. I was just pointing out what I believe Paul was talking about. The "Law" that God laid down in the Garden is still in force today. There are clearly roles that God has given in the NT Church. The man is clearly the Head or provider and leader of the woman. There will be many women who disagree with this but it is scripture. Women can preach just as well as any man, but they are not called to lead a congregation in a position as Bishop or Elder. The Holy Spirit clearly laid down the qualifications of an Elder in the Church, and it starts with being a "Husband". No where in any Epistle will you find a wife or woman being taught to rule or lead. Not even in her own household, nevertheless talking about leading God's flock. That is an office that God has charged men with. cool

Zion, my mother taught me as a child, see you err not knowing scriptures, it never said a woman can't teach a child , but that a woman is not to teach man, you opened yourself up for that one, also my teachers taught me while a was a child and that was not in church either. I think each one of these women would agree with scriptures, can you show me where any of these had authority over man in church, or that they did not submit to the head of the House their Husband if they had one. Update: I must say that I'm saddened to say that I ran into this teacher at the beginning of this year who impacted my life. I complimented her on her teaching and she responded by saying something to the effect of "Yes, that was an interesting time in my life. I came to realize God's plan for me as a woman and my role in teaching. Now I've been set straight." She was in China last year telling women (new converts) they shouldn't speak and avoid praying in public. <facepalm> I was very sad to hear how much in bondage she'd become. KJV I praise God that some women have fought off the temptation of pride, and say I am content to be in line with scriptures. the qualifications of a Bishop/pastor/overseer is to be the Husband, and not given to wine. so if one woman is qualified to pastor then all the drunks that want to be pastors should have their shot and drink it also and preach on, as women want their cake and to eat it also. for is not what we do when we say, Lord I will submit to you and your Word but only to the parts that I agree with. then Preach to their flocks to live according to scriptures.

Not the "Law of Moses" Disciple, the "Law" as in the order that God set after the fall. "The Church of Christ was not mentioned until the New Testament when Christ said upon his glorious sacrifice he would build his Church. Though there are types of the Church of Christ in the Old Testament, there are no specific instruction found for the Church of Christ concerning women behaving in Church, that is found in the Epistles written by Christ's Apostles. The Law here is the subordination that God placed the woman under because of her original act of disobedience. Gen 3:16 To the woman he said, "I will make your pains in childbearing very severe; with painful labor you will give birth to children. Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you." so are you saying that that law still applies; that Women are under the men and if Not then are you saying that the epistles are wrong also when they say that Christ is head of the Church as men are head of the house? I mean can we have our cake and eat it to here, If The epistles are correct that Christ is head of the Church, and man is over the women. then there can be no lady in authority over any man, and be biblically correct, or do we say that part of the epistles is correct and part is wrong, so who determines which parts are right and which parts are wrong?????????

well to help us understand what peter was saying Look at what Jesus said about the great commandment, love God then the second is like unto it, Love one another, and; Matt 22:40 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. Paul preached in 1 cor. 13 some say the word charity is the wrong translation, that it should read love, but charity is the action verb to love, Be ye doers of the Word, so charity is the absolutely correct translation. but Paul says without the actions of Love we are nothing 1 Peter 4:8 8 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. KJV we can say we love all we want unless we show that love by putting it into action, it is like: I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
