Every job that I have that had a staff holiday party I attended. Holiday parties are great. It gives you an opportunity to get to know your co-workers and boss outside of a stressful environment. Then it could make it easy to share your faith them either there or later on down the line.

Thank You. My loss was not a year ago. This was just this past Nov. 1st.

I don't go to major department stores on "Black Friday." I am on my way to a neighborhood thrift shop for "Black Friday". A place that is less crowded.

Thank you all for your prayers and support. My Thanksgiving actually went really well. How was it for everyone else?

As some of you may recall, my dad died on Nov. 1st of a heart attack. This the first holiday season without him. My mother and I will go to Thanksgiving Service. Then later on we will go to my Grandmother's house for dinner. What is everyone else doing? I would love to hear about other people plans.

Today is my father's funeral. I just need as much encouragement as possible. I wanted to know from everyone is what scriptures do you personally turn to for strength when you are going through difficult time. One of my scriptures is Psalm 46:10- "Be still and know that I am God." Another one is Joshua 1:9- "Be strong and courageous." What are your scriptures? Please share. I need so much encouragement.

I like to shop, cook, and eat at nice restaurants.

We must continue to pray for the families.

Thank You all for the birthday greetings. Tonight I went out to dinner with my parents. I ate a prime rib dinner. At this restaurant, when it is your birthday you get a certain percentage off your meal. I made 40 years old. So for my birthday I got 40% off. Whatever age you are that's the percentage you get off.

Today is my 40th birthday! I thank God for the first 40 years of my life.

Well, as you all know I had a very challenging at the daycare for the first 2 1/2 months. Today has marked 4 months and it is going to much better. I have been working with the infant class for the last 2 months. And it's been great. Pray that the directors see this class as one of my strong areas, and that they will keep me with the infants and not switch me anymore. Thank you all for your prayers!

This was the best week at work. My new position at the daycare center is working out well. I now work with infants instead of 3-4 yrs. old.

Today was the best day I ever had since I started work almost 3 months ago. My first day with the infants went really well. Pray my final days before my probation goes well. Pray that they will allow me to stay with the infants. Thank you all for your prayers.

As Many of you all may know I have been struggling at the daycare center where I work. I was working with 3-4yrs olds for almost 3 months. I had been praying for God to do whatever it takes to make my final days of probation successful. I pray to possibly try another group that might work out better for me. Yesterday at work I was told that starting today I will be working with Infants. That was actually the age group that I wanted to try out. I have less than 10 days before my 90 day probation ends. Pray that my final days goes well. My summer course in classroom management starts tonight. Pray that that also goes well. Thank you all for your prayers and support.

Today is my 20th spiritual birthday. I was baptized and made Jesus the Lord of my life on this day 20 years ago. Pray that the Lord will encourage me with a blessing on this very day.

I desire to be successful at the daycare. The field trip went surprisingly good. However, it was at the last half hour before the center closed it was hard for me to manage the kids. Pray that the Lord will use my co-workers, as well as my director to set me up for success. Pray that the Lord will reveal to me and my director what age group works out best for me.

I always felt inspired by her poems as well as her words of wisdom.

Today is my first field trip with my children. We are going to Chuckie Cheese Pizza. Where there food and games. Pray that it goes well. Pray that I am able to manage their behaviors.

Feeling very sad today. It seems like I can't stop being so sad.

Actually I love what I do. I have been working with children for 12 years. The last job I loved all the way until I started working with new administrators as well as some of the new staff. This job challenges me because it is a big difference between work in the public school system and a daycare center. The structure and it's set up is different. A daycare center has a much faster pace environment. Plus I never worked with children this young. I currently work with 3-4 year old preschool. Most of my experience came from working with 1st-4th grade.

Thank you all for listening to me. As well as praying for me. This what I really needs during these times.

Sometimes I feel like giving up and throwing in the towel. It seems like nothing is going right at the daycare where I work. As well as me still struggling with loniness. I feel like I am slowly but surly slipping back into depression.

Feeling pretty down today. Wondering why I can't get the right man in my life to marry. I know a guy that I grew up with who I started to like. But there is only one problem, he is in a serious relationship. So I just keep a certain distance. As a Godly woman by no means am I trying to manipulate the situation. I chose to let God take control in that situation. Pray for me.
