  1. Here is an encouraging comic that I thought others would enjoy.
  2. There are a couple of great recent Christian movies available that deal with apologetics. One is called The Case For Christ and the other is God's Not Dead One. Both of them do wonderful job of presenting arguments for God, the Bible, historical evidence, etc. Here is the website link for the God's Not Dead movie: God's Not Dead
  3. There is a great creation science magazine you can receive free of charge from the Institute for Creation Institute. Here is there website link for more information: Institute for Creation Research
  4. Attached you will find a Christian science fiction short story entitled Rediscovered Planet. I created it mostly to provide a little enjoyable Christian spiritual food. REDISCOVERED PLANET.doc
  5. Attached you will find one the better comics I have seen. Enjoy!!
  6. Here is a short list of some of my recent favorite Christian movies: 1) Mom's Night Out - comedy 2) War Room - drama 3) I'm Not Ashamed - teen biography 4) God's Not Dead 1,2 & 3 - apologetics
  7. There are numerous historical, linguistic and archaeological evidences that back up the veracity of the Bible. For example, it is quite easy to walk where Jesus, King David, Solomon, etc. walked in the Bible, and there are often even churches built on the most famous sites. In addition, there are literally thousands of manuscripts from the New Testament that prove our current Bible is accurate. Lastly, the Bible has been proven over and over again archaeologically. In fact, I know of two scholars who went to Israel with the express purpose of disproving the Bible and ended up becoming believers in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
  8. Most people caught up the opinions of the world don't want to face the truth about what God says about homosexuality, but here goes anyway. In the Old Testament God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah because of sexual sin like homosexuality. Even Jesus mentions Sodom. In addition, 1 Peter condemns homosexuality. Does that give us the right bash homosexuals? No, but it does give us a clear picture that homosexuals are not headed to heaven and need much prayer so they will repent and turn to Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and break free from the bondage they are in.
  9. Breaking negative strongholds can be done in most situations with the blood of Jesus, the name of Jesus and the cross of Jesus. That may sound simplistic, but Jesus paid the price once and for all with his sacrifice on the cross. The problem is applying those three solutions mentioned in the first sentence into the deepest recesses of our beings. Most of the time we need the grace of God in addition to those three to do a complete inner work in us or in someone we know.
  10. If you haven't seen it, you should check out the Christian football movie entitled Facing the Giants. It starts a little slow, but the pace quickly picks up after that and is a real winner for young and old alike.
  11. The Christian thriller entitled Heart of Terror is now available. The Midwest Book Review said of the book: "Heart of Terror is an exciting twist of thriller and faith, very much recommended reading." The novel is available as an ebook as well as in hard copy from amazon.com and from the Barnes and Noble website.
  12. The following are my favorite Christian fantasy authors: 1) Stephen Lawhead 2) Karen Hancock 3) L. B. Graham 4) Sharon Hinck 5) George Bryan Polivka
  13. C.S. Lewis once said something like the following: "When I became an adult, I put away childish things like being afraid to read good children's literature."
  14. While teaching in the the Middle East for five years I was never once treated badly. Muslims may not always be easy to reach with the Gospel, but they generally have a kind of hospitality that is seldom found in the West. The vast majority of them are not violent or prone to violence but friendly and easy to get along with. Reach out to a few of them and find that out for yourself.
  15. Having taught in the Middle East for five years I appreciate your heart to reach Muslims with the Gospel. In my hometown I have run across a number of Somalis, who are easily identified by their clothing. I contacted World Missionary Press who sent me some Somali Gospel booklets for free. Now when I run my errands and see a Somali, I stop and give them one of the booklets. So far I have not had one refuse to accept the booklets.
