You're certain the Lord is stopping you? I guess I don't understand how that could *possibly* be beneficial to your walk, or why God would do that. I would think the Lord would direct you to at least one church to founded in. He still use you to reach the un churched and guide them to a church, But i personally would think he would guide you to a person church for your own growth.

Christian to believe in God and that he gave his son to die for us that we will live forever in him, and accept Jesus in our hears, and to spread the word and bring others to know him, and to love others and he loves us, and to show the actions of Christ to others.

Never let anything said bring you down. I pray that you will have comfort through this. Remember to always forgive those who hurt you, it doesnt mean to you have to stay friends forgive so you can walk away with out bitterness. Let God use this situation for the greater in the future. It says in the bible, Jesus prayed, meaning it was not man-made, Jesus prayed to God himself, we follow Jesus foot steps so we pray also. We pray it connects us to God and its like we are talking to our best friend. When we worry and talk to a friend, we can go talk to God and talk to him and he can give us peace, our friends cant heal us, God can.

Okay, how's that? It just seems very new age to me. Nah. It's psychology. I like this answer, and would have said the same. As we go through our journey and put our faith into God and do his will his plans become ours and he will see that they are established, as he will complete what he has given us to do.

Taking drugs is chosen by various reason, including, wanting to be socially accepted, addiction to medicine that one is taking, or to escape situations in their lives they don't to think about. Taking to drugs to escape pain, however when the drugs wear off, whatever they took drugs to escape from is still their so they do it again, and maybe more frequently=becoming addictions. Taking drugs over a extended period of time and addiction to drug can effect the development and patterns of someone brain and damage it also.
