Nicotine gum is very cheap compared to cigarettes. $25 Australian dollars for 100 tabs, each 4mg of nicotine (It tastes hot and disgusting, but who cares) I wonder if I can smoke the gum, how would that work out. LOL

Fear is a biological safety mechanism that God gave man to ensure proper learning development. Without it one can not have a relationship with life. I do not face fear but learn why I fear.

I know you're hurting and it doesn't seem that the hurt will go away, but it all comes down to you. You don't have to hold on to world and how people make you feel, but only you can choose when you let go.

I guess smoking helps with panic, there must be a way the Spirit can deal with that.

My body has taken a bit of beating, but I still look 32 years of age even at 41. Even though I have smoked for 25 years, for some reason I've done no damage to my lungs or other organs.

She's very funny, when I get sick (Like food poisoning) she walks around in circles in the lounge room. Then she come's into my room as says "Better or Worse." And if I say worse she goes back out and keeps walking in circles.

If you mean trust as in Faith, then yes I do. I think I smoke because of something that happened with some children when I was a teenager.

Yeah, but it does give me mixed emotions.

My daughter keeps moving my cigarettes so I have to keep finding them, the last place she put them was in the freezer. She'll always give me a clue to where the cigarettes are and a map of the house so I won't get lost. So I always get plenty of exercise.
