  1. So, in one commentary, the commenter admits the creation of man is not even mentioned in the Psalm. Why would man be missing? Man is one of the biggest events. In verse 9, the Psalm mentions setting the boundaries so that the seas would never cover the Earth again. Well? If this was about the creation, the big flaw there is that the seas obviously did cover the Earth, entirely, during Noah's time, so it cannot be about the creation. It's about the flood of Noah. I am sorry you disagree and that your commentaries don't address these things. I am done with the topic. Have a good day!
  2. There are six types of evolution. Why not look them up? Then apply them to what Joseph said, and to what evolution attempts to explain. He is entirely right.
  3. You can pretend if you want. I am done with the topic. Have a great day!
  4. "Evolution theory attempts to explain the formation of the universe, the Earth and life but it fails, because it cannot explain the genesis of matter, energy or life." -- Joseph Farah I have really never been able to say it as consisely as Joseph did, but then he is a professional writer. He is exactly right. As for observations of evolution, we have only seen microevolution. Macroevolution has not been seen, despite Lensky's continuing efforts. There have been a lot of mistakes about microevolution being claimed as macroevolution, though. I will give you that.
  5. If this were true, then why does this Psalm mention things like Lebanon, ships and sinners? 35 Let all sinners vanish from the face of the earth; let the wicked disappear forever. I guess the Earth had a real sinner problem, on day 3? Ships sailing everywhere, before man hit the scene?
  6. Yes, if you presume the Earth was as it is today, it would be a problem. But not if the large mountain ranges came after the flood as the Bible claims it did. Most of the water from the flood came from under the crust, not just as rain. That water is still here today, in the form of oceans. It seems God was shuffling things around to make what we see today, after the flood. Psalm 104: 6-9 (NLT) You clothed the earth with floods of water, water that covered even the mountains. 7 At your command, the water fled; at the sound of your thunder, it hurried away. 8 Mountains rose and valleys sank to the levels you decreed. 9 Then you set a firm boundary for the seas, so they would never again cover the earth.
  7. Yes, where could new DNA information come from, since neither parent has it? You can only inherit what your parents have, and neither parent has antler code to offer you. We genetically modify things all the time, in a lab, but if we do splice DNA code then the animal (now a chimera) becomes sterile, because no other animal has the code to allow it to procreate, and gene splicing apparently has a lot of collateral damage. Side note: That's why I don't trust the mRNA vaccines. I think mothers will become sterile with them.
  8. We do observe a type of evolution called microevolution, which happens within species and at every birth. You don't quite look like your siblings, even though your parents were the same for each brother or sister. That's an example of microevolution. Evolutionist try to conflate this true evolution into Darwinian Evolution, which is not observed. There are allegedly 1,400 species of bats in the world at the moment, but notice they are all bats (none are becoming new kinds. None are growing hoofs, or antlers). Mendel's Law of Genetics would seem to be the reason they never turn into anything other than bats. This will be the same among bats, no matter how much time you give it.
  9. Cool about your being a Creationist. Yes, technology evolves, but there is an intelligence behind that evolution which is driving it; in this case Adam's. The original iPhone has become about 20 iPhone designs, each better than the last, but this is really innovation and design driven by intelligent humans. But what we don't see, ever, is Darwinian Evolution, in which kinds of animals become other kinds of animals. Chemicals 'upgrading' themselves over time, and so on. If anything, everything devolves. By the way, there is no real evidence that the Earth or Universe is much older.
  10. No one has ever seen Darwinian Evolution, but I would admit it sure has some strong marketing. What makes you think Darwinian Evolution has a process considering no one has seen any trace of it?
  11. Sometimes tiny aspects of the negative reporting about Trump are true, but it's just not at all important. For example, I don't particularly care if his opposition is insulted by his tweets. I don't care that socialists are losing ground under his leadership. I don't care that foreign leaders now have to pay their fair share, in NATO. Let them all be offended. As Obama famously said, "Elections have consequences." If you are curious as to why the media is lying so much more, lately, it's because the Smith-Mundt act was repealed in 2012. In short, it means propaganda was made legal in the USA, where it had not been as far back as the 1940s.
  12. Fox News is now owned by Disney, and no longer Rupert Murdoch. He sold it in 2018. Fox is no longer fair nor balanced. They still have a few evening hosts that are conservative, but their news wing is the standard issue main stream media, now. The main stream media lies so much that they have entirely disgraced themselves. They don't even try to hide their lying anymore. Only Satan lies more.
  13. What DNA evidence? Who is claiming they have Adam's DNA?
  14. Hello Caitlin, and Welcome to Worthy! I don't think a person born-again, and saved, has to worry about the unpardonable sin. A person saved is indwelled by the Holy Spirit (indwelled means the Holy Spirit resides within those saved). To begin, the context was that Jesus was performing miracles at the time and had cast demons from a man. The Pharisees (a type of priest at the time), had credited the most evil in the universe, Satan, for the miracles instead of the Holy Spirit. Jesus was warning the Pharisees of blasphemy for their public statement to the crowd. Read this short passage to see the context. Matthew 12:22-31 (NLT) 22 Then a demon-possessed man, who was blind and couldn’t speak, was brought to Jesus. He healed the man so that he could both speak and see. 23 The crowd was amazed and asked, “Could it be that Jesus is the Son of David, the Messiah?” 24 But when the Pharisees heard about the miracle, they said, “No wonder he can cast out demons. He gets his power from Satan, the prince of demons.” 25 Jesus knew their thoughts and replied, “Any kingdom divided by civil war is doomed. A town or family splintered by feuding will fall apart. 26 And if Satan is casting out Satan, he is divided and fighting against himself. His own kingdom will not survive. 27 And if I am empowered by Satan, what about your own exorcists? They cast out demons, too, so they will condemn you for what you have said. 28 But if I am casting out demons by the Spirit of God, then the Kingdom of God has arrived among you. 29 For who is powerful enough to enter the house of a strong man and plunder his goods? Only someone even stronger—someone who could tie him up and then plunder his house. 30 “Anyone who isn’t with me opposes me, and anyone who isn’t working with me is actually working against me. 31 “So I tell you, every sin and blasphemy can be forgiven—except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, which will never be forgiven. 32 Anyone who speaks against the Son of Man can be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven, either in this world or in the world to come. If you were there at the time, watching Jesus performing those miracles, and joined in with the Pharisees who said it was Satan instead of the Holy Spirit doing the work, I suppose it would have applied to you, too. But you were not there, you are here. Secondly, if you are born-again, and saved you won't lose your salvation if the happen to slip up and sin. Those saved are living under Grace, and not Mosaic Law. Of course, if a person goes out on a sinning spree after they claimed to be saved, they probably were not saved in the first place. Salvation is a gift from God that a person has accepted. You can see in the Scripture below that we are saved by Grace, and that God does not change his mind about the gifts He gives, and again, Salvation is a gift. (ESV) Ephesians 2:8-9 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast. Romans 11:29 Amplified Bible (AMP) For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable [for He does not withdraw what He has given, nor does He change His mind about those to whom He gives His grace or to whom He sends His call].
  15. I think there may have been two events in the same location which the media conflates. One was at night with actual rioters in which they torched a church, and the other event was the next morning in which AG Barr ordered the parameter be expanded by one block. Night events typically have professional rioters paid to do damage and who are bused in from out of state. Some say they are George Soros funded groups like ANTIFA, Black Lives Matter (BLM is not a civil rights group) and some anarchists. The day brings the more peaceful protestors who are not a part of the night groups. What the media lacks is precise footage. If the footage exists among people with phone videos or the professional reporters on the ground, it does not seem to have surfaced.
  16. The police and National Guard didn't fire upon peaceful protesters. They did defend themselves when the 'peaceful protestors' threw frozen water bottles and bricks at them, though, but no rubber bullets or tear gas. Press secretary Kayleigh McEnany explained this in a press meeting. The key to seeing when the media is lying is when they cannot produce footage of their story. If you see a video with Trump holding his Bible and under the footage, some news anchor is verbally lying, that's not evidence that it happened. If you wonder why the media is lying so much lately, research the repeal of the Smith-Mundt act, in 2012. This repeal allows the media and government to make up anything they want, as propaganda. The Smith-Mundt act was used to protect Americans from propaganda, but no more.
