Fiosh, I agree whole heartedly with you on this. This is why we as Christians are at diffent places in our walks with the Lord. However, I also believe that you will get out of it what you put into it. Spiritually speaking not materialistically speaking.

I agree. I did not read about Saul questioning the authority of the sudden light that flashed around him. And he even fell to the ground.

I don't think that the human condition has changed much over the history of Man. What has changed is the creation of technology that can spread evil on a much larger scale - including world wars. The "information" age has also made us much more aware of the negative things that are occuring in the world. For whatever reason, the negative tends to assume a much more prominent role in our lives that the positive. I agree. I also feel that we will see more evil abound, not that it doesnt already exist, but that we will see it for what it really is.

You know, I think the Palestinians should be giving up land every time they want to complain. Then of course they would complain themselves right out of existance. Thinking about that doesnt sound like a bad idea.

I won't interpret it at all... but will join you in enjoying the beauty and splendour of our Lord's agape love for us. I have to agree with all of you on this.

Can the message 'God hates the sin, but loves the sinner' be preached any louder? Can our actions as our witness say the same?

Maybe some of us were angry with God over things that were bad to begin with and everything going down hill at once. Godslove, there are many reasons that people miss a service here and there, and there are many reasons for people to miss months or years of services. I am not condemming anyone for not attending for what ever reason. I, too, was one who missed services for over 7 years. I am so glad to have made the come back. Forgive me sis, if I have offended you in these posts. It was not my intention. To anyone who may feel guilty for missing a service, repent and worship God where you are at. Read your Bible, spend time in prayer, sings songs of worship. The relation ship you have is with God. So spend time with God whereever you may be. I would encourage all to fellowship with one another, be there for each other and pray for one another. Church attendance does not determine your relationship with God.

Its also about the these illegal immigrants coming in and seeking medical attention that we as americans have to pay their bills. They come into our country, and live off our government programs, but they dont pay taxes for these programs. I am all for collecting these illegal immigrants and giving them a tax identifictaion number and requiring them to get work and pay their taxes. What they do with the rest of their pay is up to them. Learning to read, write, and speak english would be a bonus for competitive jobs.

Oh let me guess!!!!!! But I cannot imagine anything that we are doing here on earth is comparable to what we will be doing in heaven.

God is an awesome to God. And everyone should be having a personal relationship with Him. I dont believe that someone should be dictating how another should be having their relationship with God. Yes I capitolize God and Lord and any other references to God. This is my personal reverence to the Lord. But I cannot tell someone else that they have to do the same thing as I do. Their relationship with God is their own. Its not mine. Lets not turn our reverence to our Lord a legalsitc issue.

I dont understand this. Does this mean the polititians are above the law?
