I'm wondering whether any readers are also writing Christian based stories. I'd like to know if they have goals or topics they are following. I have one I am working on where Israeli are coming forward and challenging the world for Christ. I am wondering whether there are publishers interested in supporting writers with Christian or Israeli topics.
  2. I noticed the topic: Anybody want to post a Bible Verse. In the 23rd Chapter of 1 Samuel, verse 2 read, "Therefore David inquired of the Lord, saying, 'Shall I go and smite these Philistines?' And the Lord said unto David, 'Go, and smite the Philistines, and save Keilah.'" The following verses contained the topic, David inquired and the Lord answered. Wouldn't it be great to lead such a life God answers when we ask!
  3. I have been with Christ since I was 21. Now I am in my 70's. There are parts like Leviticus, Deuteronomy that are directed to setting up Israeli church activities. I don't have to concern myself with the various sacrifices since Christ was the final sacrifice. Numbers were tallies for Israel to remember. The genealogies were for the tribes of Israel to trace their ancestors for land ownership. The final entry was Christ. I am developing writing skills. Nehemiah shows me how to write a story from journals. Various sections such as "We went there, this happened, we met them, we did this" shows me others recorded from their notes. Stories in the bible speak to my needs and hopes. So, while not all parts apply to me in America, I learn from them. Dispensation is a great word, but I learned how to use topics energized by the Spirit to express stories to my readers in terms they can understand. There are no hidden "codes" in the bible; it's meant to be picked up and read.
  4. To Riverwalker I saw how the world, even his own party, left President Donald Trump to take the blunt of the invasion of the Capitol Building. The barriers were flimsy. The doors were left open. People commented that people in black clothing were directing activities. They were not Trump supporters. The invasion was a setup. People like Nancy Pelosi have shown how she reacts when she was caught on camera without a mask and said the hairstylist "framed her." She would not work with the President but wanted him impeached when he first came to power. I am concerned how quickly the United States has slid into a socialist government. I have talked to Father God about this and was left the impression, He wants America to look at the results she has made by looking at personalities instead of qualifications. Does the church find this alarming what is happening to this country?
  5. I often wondered if the 144,000 were Israeli evangelist who will confront the world about the real Jesus Christ.
  6. I'm writing stories on Christian values. Would the world listen if Israeli Seminary students come publically against world values?
  7. I received a book in the mail entitled The Biggest Lie in the History of Christianity by Matthew Kelly. The lie was Holiness was not possible. The author suggested the reader create a Holy Moment by collaborating with God to completely transform ourselves and our lives into the-very-best-version-of-ourselves. How would it be for you and me to ask God to transform ourselves or friends and families to better the world?
